Casa Rossa is a suggestive farmhouse of very remote origins. It stands in a very panoramic and peaceful position, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. It can be reached by following an unpaved road (1,5 km) that winds its way through rows of vineyards, and even before you get there you will feel you have been catapulted into another era. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.
The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins. The wooden and brick ceilings, the original terracotta floors and the simple and essential furnishings are a rare example of the rural tradition in Tuscany. The farmhouse is particularly suitable for couples or families who love nature and simplicity and want to get away from modern life for a while.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
You will find yourself facing an incomparable view on summer evenings, sitting by the pool (size 5 x 9 m, depth 1.20 m, private for guests - open from 16 May to 12 September) or dining in the furnished pergola in front of the house. And if you feel like leaving the quiet of the place for a while, the city of Arezzo is reachable in 15 minutes by car, and throughout the year it offers countless folkloristic and cultural events, including the Giostra del Saracino and the Antique Fair.
For horse lovers, there is a riding school less than 500 m from the house that organises rides through the vineyards and hills. Casa Rossa

The villa is lovingly preserved by its owners, and if you are lucky enough to stay here, its wooden ceilings, ancient brick arches, Tuscan terracotta floors and elegant furnishings will welcome you into a very special charm, made of old, simple and essential things. The villa is located at the foot of the first wooded hills, which mark the border between Valdichiana and Valdarno, from here you can make even daily excursions, towards the two valleys, dotted with small villages nestled in the Tuscan countryside. In Monte San Savino, which is just a few kilometres away, it will be pleasant to spend evenings out, dining in typical restaurants or enjoying an aperitif sitting at tables in the colourful cobbled streets.
From the windows of the villa you can admire the imposing Castello di Civitella with its characteristic 'Torre Spaccata'. We absolutely recommend a visit to this small village, a real jewel of the Valdichiana, with its ancient cistern, panoramic square and medieval buildings.
La Quiete, in our opinion, is perfectly suited for your holidays with children, or in the company of large groups of friends. Around the house you will find a large green area equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, table tennis, table football, children's games, volleyball court and five-a-side football pitch. Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.
There is another building overlooking the garden and pool area however this is uninhabited..

You will find Villa Scianellone 1.5 km from the town of Torrita di Siena, a characteristic and turreted medieval village. In the village you will find shops, restaurants and services of all kinds. If you like walking, the village can also be reached on foot, and we certainly recommend spending an evening there, for dinner out or for an aperitif in one of its ancient and particular piazzas.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful villages of Montefollonico (10 km) and Montepulciano (12 km), which are well worth a visit and a stop, where you can taste the typical dishes and above all the prestigious and renowned wines of the area such as the 'Nobile di Montepulciano'.
Villa Scianellone is surrounded by lush, silvery olive groves, vineyards and meadows that are part of the property. Villa Gioiosa is an old stone house that once belonged to the nearby Benedictine monastery and was used by the monks as a chestnut dryer, of which the surrounding woods are rich. Today the house has been completely restored, maintaining the characteristics of the old Tuscan farmhouse, both in the architectural features and in the furnishings, enriched with local antiques.
A few kilometres away is the village of Monte San Savino, famous for its ceramics and its beautiful alleyways and buildings, offering shops, supermarkets, restaurants and services of all kinds.
In the large garden adorned with medicinal plants, flowers and olive trees, there is on one side a beautiful swimming pool with a Roman staircase (size m. 5 x 10, depth m. 1.50 - open from 01st May to 30th September), and on the other a large barbecue and wood-burning oven in a beautiful wooden gazebo furnished with table and chairs, where you can spend enjoyable evenings in the company of family and friends. The holiday home in Tofano - Marina di Pietrasanta - has recently been completely renovated. It is bright and pleasant, ideal for families and people who want to spend a comfortable holiday by the sea, wich is only 700 meters away.
The holiday rental house is on the ground floor (with two steps on both sides) and has a well-kept lawn and garden where guests can sit and dine in peace. Inside, there is a living room with a sofa, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven and a refrigerator.

Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. It is located on a panoramic position, perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green woods of oak and holm-oak. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.
The hamlet has been restored preserving its original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Even the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in respect of rural traditions.
Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
Only 2.5 km away is the village of Palazzo del Pero where you will find a couple of restaurants and some shops.
Only 9 km away is the city of Arezzo and its monuments, shops for shopping enthusiasts, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of services. But we also recommend that you spend wonderful days discovering the old town centre, its narrow streets and the works of art by Piero della Francesca, Cimabue and Vasari, scattered throughout the city.
The outdoor area of Borgo di Usciano is divided into various panoramic terraces, and you'll be spoilt for choice whether to relax in the solarium by the beautiful infinity pool (size 7x14 m, depth 1-1.60 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), in the shade of a cool tree in the lower part of the garden, or climb the hill with a 360° panorama and a good book to keep you company.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the paved area with a stone barbecue and wood-burning oven, and equipped with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy pizza and barbecue with your family or friends. Pozzonovo is an old farmhouse divided into 3 comfortable apartments and is the result of the skilful and careful renovation of a stone building. The three units have independent entrances and in the garden their own area equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your meals in the open air.
You will find the farmhouse immersed in the Valdichiana countryside and, at the same time, close to the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, which can be easily reached on foot with a walk of about 1.5 km. From the railway station in Castiglion Fiorentino it will be easy to travel by train for day trips to Florence, Rome and other interesting cities in central Italy.
We advise you to immerse yourself in the life of the small village, its shops, bars and restaurants; you will get a glimpse of country life that still harks back to ancient traditions and customs.
The stone walls, wooden and brick ceilings and simple but comfortable furnishings give the apartments a special charm. You will immediately feel at home, welcomed by a warm atmosphere and by Mrs Rita, the owner, who is always ready to assist her guests in times of need.
Together with the owner, you will be able to make use of the large outdoor area, a cool, large 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 0.90-1.40 m - open from 01 May to 30 September) located in front of the house, the badminton court, table tennis and bowling green.

Camaiore is a small, lively town with countless bars, restaurants and small shops. The sea is about 6 to 10km away - depending on where you want to go.
Two cars can be parked at the house, the gate is opened manually.

The house has a main entrance and two exits to the garden, a covered veranda with an integrated pizza oven, and a dining table with a barbecue in the garden. At the edge is the approx. 8m long oval pool (chlorine) 1.40m deep, with loungers and chairs. Some fruit trees in the garden.
In addition to many shops with the best range, there are many advantages that can be reached from this Tuscany house with pool - the sea and beach in 20 minutes, the motorway in 1/4 hour, a large shopping center in the same time, cultural cities such as Pisa, Lucca half an hour on the motorway - Pisa has an (international) airport. Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.
Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. Small clusters, more or less known, in the middle of the countryside or the green woods, where you can discover the region, the most authentic one.

You will find the Agriturismo Le Balze in the heart of the Alto Valdarno, at the foot of Pratomagno, and 2 km from the small village of Castelfranco di Sopra. All around is a natural landscape of rare beauty, which will captivate you from the first moment, characterised by the presence of the 'Balze', secular examples of erosion that over the years have formed towers and rocky blades that rise majestically in the valley bottom.
In about 30 minutes by car you will be able to reach Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. City of the ancient Medici family, a heritage not to be missed, with its artistic masterpieces, the colourful marble of the churches and the lofty architecture, the ancient bridges over the Arno river and the majestic noble palaces with their immense gardens adorned with fountains, sculptures, grottoes, staircases and paths.
The villa is divided into three independent flats, in one of which on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a bathroom suitable for persons with disabilities. The structure was born from the recovery of old farm outbuildings close to the main house where the owners live, who will be, albeit in a discreet manner, a point of reference for all your needs.
The owners, thanks to careful renovation using traditional materials such as wood, terracotta and stone and comfortable furnishings, have ensured that the villa is perfect for spending a comfortable and restful holiday.
Villa Le Balze overlooks on one side a wooden porch, equipped with table and chairs and perfect for your dinners and evenings in company, and the lush garden where you will have a barbecue and a table tennis. On the other side, the house overlooks the swimming pool area (size 6x12 m, depth 1.40 m - open from 10 May to 15 September), which is completely fenced off and for the exclusive use of guests.
At Agriturismo Le Balze you can taste and purchase excellent wine and extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and all the products of the farm. In addition, on the ground floor of the house where the owners live you will find a small restaurant (maximum 25 seats), open both to the public and to guests of the villa.
