"Le Muricce" is een vakantiehuis gelegen in het landelijke gebied van Pergine Valdarno in Italië, omgeven door bomen, velden en wijngaarden. Het pand, gebouwd in 2000, bestaat uit 5 individueel ingerichte en gemeubileerde appartementen. Het vakantiehuis ligt op een terrein van 4 hectare omheind land en biedt een rustige omgeving voor gezinnen die aan het stadsleven willen ontsnappen.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 15 x 7 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 8 mei tot 30 september; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. De natuurlijke tuin en open weiland omringen het zwembad en nodigen uit tot verkenning en ontspanning. Tuinmeubilair is aanwezig in de buitenruimtes. Een barbecueplaats staat ter beschikking voor gasten die buiten willen eten; een tafeltennistafel biedt recreatiemogelijkheden voor alle leeftijden. Agriturismo "Bardeggiano" ligt verscholen tussen bomen en rollende velden in het hart van Toscane, op slechts 4 km van het centrum van Colle Di Val D'Elsa. Het landgoed bestaat uit 5 huizen en 9 appartementen, elk afzonderlijk ingericht, en omvat een fraai onderhouden terrein van 12 hectare dat volledig omheind is. De accommodatie bevindt zich in het dorpsgebied en biedt gasten zowel verbinding met het lokale ritme als een afgelegen en rustige omgeving.
Buitenruimtes
De tuin van 12 hectare wordt zorgvuldig onderhouden en vormt een weelderige omgeving rond het landgoed. Het zwembad meet 15 x 6 meter met een diepte van 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 13 mei tot 4 november. Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.
There is another building overlooking the garden and pool area however this is uninhabited..

The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. You will feel as if catapulted into another century, in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.
The town of Monte San Savino with its shops, supermarkets and services of all kinds is about 10 km away. The town also offers typical restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Chianina beef, Tuscan red wines and also excellent pizzas.
The property is divided into two stone buildings, which in turn are divided into four independent apartments. Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the house where the owners live are in the first farmhouse, and Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina are in the second farmhouse. Each apartment has an independent entrance and will have a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
The owners, after a careful study of the origins and traditions of the place, have decided to keep the original core of the hamlet unaltered, enriching it with sober and essential finishes and furnishings, which will give you the opportunity to experience a holiday in contact with nature and the country lifestyle, together with the comforts of modern life.
The Agriturismo is located in an extremely scenic area, the view you will enjoy from your windows will remain etched in your memories for many years to come. In the farm's woods and olive groves it will be fantastic to take long, relaxing walks; if you love trekking, this is absolutely the place for you.
At your disposal, on hot summer days, is the large swimming pool (size 7x14 m. - depth 1.00-2.50 m. - open from 01 May to 30 September). For sports enthusiasts the tennis court, the table tennis table, and for dinners and grills with friends and family, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. Laundry service and Wi-Fi Internet connection available (Internet on request at the house and in the owner's garden). Even your small four-legged friends will be welcome (extra charge could be required). On arrival and throughout your holiday, you will benefit from the owners' assistance in English and French and you will be able to taste and purchase an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil.
