"Il Sorbino" is een rustieke boerderij gelegen op 470 meter hoogte in het groene Toscaanse landschap bij Castiglion Fiorentino, Italië. Het pand staat op een privéterrein van 2.000 vierkante meter, omgeven door bomen en omheind. De boerderij combineert natuurlijke schoonheid met doordachte voorzieningen en biedt een authentiek en rustig verblijf voor wie op zoek is naar tranquilliteit en karakter. Het uitgestrekte terrein beschikt over een fraai aangelegde terrastuin en een privézwembad dat als middelpunt van de buitenruimtes fungeert.
Buitenruimtes
Het privézwembad meet 10 x 5 meter met een diepte van 12 tot 220 centimeter en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. De terrastuin strekt zich uit over het omheinde terrein van 2.000 vierkante meter en biedt ruime ruimte voor wandelingen en ontspanning. Capanna is een rustiek vakantiehuis gelegen op 650 meter hoogte in het kleine gehucht Poggio di Loro in het hart van Toscane, Italië. Het ligt slechts 4 kilometer van het centrum van Loro Ciuffenna en maakt deel uit van een kleine gemeenschap van ongeveer 20 huizen. Het pand bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw en een apart bijgebouw, beide gelegen op een volledig omheind privéterrein van 1.500 vierkante meter. Een fraai onderhouden terrastuin met gazon, volwassen bomen en een open weide omgeeft de accommodatie en creëert een serene natuurlijke omgeving.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 8 bij 4 meter en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. De terrastuin is voorzien van veel groen en natuurlijke landschapselementen. Een aparte poolhouse met een kooktoestel biedt een praktische en charmante ruimte voor het bereiden van maaltijden in de open lucht. De toegang tot het pand verloopt via een onverharde weg van ongeveer 50 meter lengte; gasten dienen hier rekening mee te houden bij aankomst, vooral bij aanvoer van grotere voertuigen. Het gebruik van een auto wordt sterk aanbevolen om de omgeving volledig te verkennen en lokale voorzieningen gemakkelijk te bereiken. "Le Muricce" is een vakantiehuis gelegen in het landelijke gebied van Pergine Valdarno in Italië, omgeven door bomen, velden en wijngaarden. Het pand, gebouwd in 2000, bestaat uit 5 individueel ingerichte en gemeubileerde appartementen. Het vakantiehuis ligt op een terrein van 4 hectare omheind land en biedt een rustige omgeving voor gezinnen die aan het stadsleven willen ontsnappen.

Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. It is located on a panoramic position, perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green woods of oak and holm-oak. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.
The hamlet has been restored preserving its original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Even the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in respect of rural traditions.
Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
Only 2.5 km away is the village of Palazzo del Pero where you will find a couple of restaurants and some shops.
Only 9 km away is the city of Arezzo and its monuments, shops for shopping enthusiasts, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of services. But we also recommend that you spend wonderful days discovering the old town centre, its narrow streets and the works of art by Piero della Francesca, Cimabue and Vasari, scattered throughout the city.
The outdoor area of Borgo di Usciano is divided into various panoramic terraces, and you'll be spoilt for choice whether to relax in the solarium by the beautiful infinity pool (size 7x14 m, depth 1-1.60 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), in the shade of a cool tree in the lower part of the garden, or climb the hill with a 360° panorama and a good book to keep you company.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the paved area with a stone barbecue and wood-burning oven, and equipped with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy pizza and barbecue with your family or friends.
