The rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 by 15 meters with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.20 meters, is situated just 10 meters from the villa and can be accessed directly from the living area or from the lawn in front of the property. Finished in sand-colored PVC and equipped with internal lighting as well as perimeter illumination, the pool features a Roman staircase for easy access and a large solarium in larch wood slats shaded by generous umbrellas, complete with comfortable sun loungers. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Pool heating is available on request from October 15 to April 30.

Guests with pets should be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for each animal per day of stay. A pre-authorization of 1,000 euros on a credit card is required at check-in as a security measure for consumption and as a guarantee for the payment of utilities. The property participates in the Zer0Dep Guarantee program, which means guests are not required to pay a traditional security deposit either upon balance or upon arrival.
