The views from the property are absolutely stunning and extending to the sea in the distance and to the plains of Lucca. Casale Santo Stefano has recently been restored by its discerning owners, who totally respected Tuscan traditions and provided it with a very well equipped kitchen. The interiors are very light, and each room on the ground floor has access to the outside terraces and pergolas that offer outdoor “al fresco” eating at its best. A special feature of this house is the lovely, furnished Loggia, converted from the old hayloft from which one can enjoy the panoramic views. Lucca is only 12 kilometres away, and the other historic cities such as Florence, Pisa and Siena, and even the Versilian coast, are within comfortable reach for day trips.
