"Dimore dell'Esedra" is een voormalig landhuis uit de 18de eeuw, gelegen in het landelijke gebied rond Sestri Levante in Italië, omgeven door rollende velden en wijngaarden. Het pand maakt deel uit van een uitgebreid landgoed van 10 hectare en bestaat uit 8 appartementen. Het terrein wordt gekenmerkt door weelderige begroeiing, volwassen bomen en een productieve boomgaard die een sfeer van tijdloze elegantie uitstraalt.
Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes van "Dimore dell'Esedra" weerspiegelen de grandeur van het landgoed. Een gedeelde binnenplaats vormt een gastvrij verzamelpunt, omgeven door de historische architectuur van het hoofdgebouw en het omringende landschap. Tuinmeubilair is voorzien in de buitenruimtes, zodat gasten kunnen ontspannen terwijl zij genieten van het uitzicht op de wijngaarden en boomgaarden die zich over het terrein uitstrekken. Een gedeelde wasmachine is beschikbaar tegen meerprijs. Schoonmaak van de kamers is op aanvraag beschikbaar tegen meerprijs. Privé parkeerplaatsen zijn aanwezig op het landgoed. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar tijdens het verblijf. Een auto wordt aanbevolen om het omringende gebied optimaal te benutten en lokale voorzieningen gemakkelijk te bereiken.

The holiday rental house is on the ground floor (with two steps on both sides) and has a well-kept lawn and garden where guests can sit and dine in peace. Inside, there is a living room with a sofa, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven and a refrigerator.

Bedroom 1: The beautiful first bedroom has a large window and wardrobe and is furnished with a double bed.

Located in the famous town of Marina di Pietrasanta - Tonfano, it is uniquely situated to enjoy the attractions of Tuscany as well as the beaches of the sea. The historic town of Pietrasanta is only 10 minutes away and is also known as the little jewel of Tuscany because of its art galleries, workshops, studios and a thriving marble art tradition. The beach can be reached in about 10-12 minutes by foot.
Day trips to Pisa (40 minutes), Lucca (41 minutes), Forte dei Marmi (13 minutes), Florence and Tuscany can be reached in 90 minutes. The nearest international airport, Pisa, is only 40 kilometres away. Villetta Tonfano

Very nice Holiday Home for rent in the countryside of Pietrasanta in Tuscany at only 3,6 Km from the Sea of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio.
Casa Daniela is located inside the Owner's garden, which House is nearby.
The guests of holiday home Daniela have a covered parking space and a small green area where they can relax.
The entrance gate is in common.
In the garden is a nice view of the Apuan Alps while relaxing in the beautiful covered Veranda and cooking on the barbecue.
Casa Daniela is a great starting point for a beach holiday but also for visiting the beauties of the area, as the town of Pietrasanta, Camaiore, or for the Carnival of Viareggio. Even the Cinque Terre and the marble quarries of Carrara are not far away and worth a visit.
