Het huis ligt op een rustige en zonnige plek in het open platteland, op de karakteristieke heuvels van Umbrië. Het eigendom beschikt over een goed onderhouden privétuin met een ruim gazon, een binnenplaats die bijdraagt aan het gevoel van ruimte en privacy, en een privézwembad van 12 x 6 meter met een diepte van 130 cm, beschikbaar van 15 mei tot 25 september.

De buitenruimtes zijn zorgvuldig ingericht om optimaal gebruik te maken van de natuurlijke omgeving. Dit vakantiehuis bestaat uit 2 onafhankelijke huizen gelegen in het pittoreske gehucht Camucia, op 5 km van het historische centrum van Cortona in Italië. Het pand is gebouwd in 2006 en ligt op een werkende boerderij omgeven door uitgestrekte velden, met een zonnige ligging en panoramisch uitzicht op Cortona en het glooiende Toscaanse landschap. De gasten hebben toegang tot een gedeelde tuin die bijdraagt aan het gevoel van ruimte en rust. De eigenaar woont eveneens op het terrein.
Buitenruimtes
De gedeelde tuin biedt een ruim en sereen omgeving met panoramisch uitzicht over de heuvels naar Cortona. Het omheinde zwembad meet 5 x 12 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 juni tot 30 september; een douche en WC bevinden zich in het poolgebied. Een barbecueplaats is aanwezig voor buitendinen. Elk huis beschikt over een privéterras van 15 m² en een terras, waar gasten in privacy kunnen ontspannen met uitzicht op het omringende landschap.

Palazzo Rosadi is een prachtig gerestaureerd historisch herenhuis uit 1785 dat al meer dan 200 jaar in het bezit is van de familie Rosadi. Het is een luxueus landhuis gelegen op een prachtige plek in de buurt van het dorpje Monterchi (vlakbij Arezzo) met 6 slaapkamers, 7 badkamers, tuin, een zwembad (open van 1 mei tot 30 september, 12x6 m) dat door de zon verwarmd wordt en met een schitterend uitzicht. Voor de kinderen is er tafeltennis. Naast het zwembad ligt een verwarmde jacuzzi (geopend van april tot oktober).
Palazzo Rosadi was 200 jaar lang het huis van een boerenfamilie. Een van de charmes van een vakantie in Toscane is dat de meeste huizen een lange en interessante geschiedenis hebben.
In 1889 kwam Francesco Rosadi met zijn familie in Ripoli wonen. Hij had een aantal landgoederen in de streek gekocht en Palazzo Rosadi was goed en centraal gelegen om vanuit daar alle andere boerderijen te beheren.
Al in 1902 werd Palazzo Rosadi uitgebreid aangezien de familie inmiddels gegroeid was. Hiervoor werd gebruik gemaakt van de diensten van een plaatselijke artiest, ene Giangio uit Monterchi. Hij decoreerde het grootste gedeelte van de slaapkamers en de gangen.
Tijdens de tweede wereldoorlog werd het huis gebruikt als schuilplaats voor de inwoners van Ripoli tijdens een bombardement door de Duitse troepen dat 2 weken duurde.
In meer recente tijden werd het huis gebruikt als familiehuis en vanuit hier werd het omliggende land beheerd voor de landbouw.
Vanaf het jaar 2000 is de familie Rosadi actief in het toerisme en hebben vele bezoekers uit de hele wereld hebben interessante en ontspannende vakanties doorgebracht in de villa.
Begrasde paden door mooie bossen en het grote privé park (van 25 hectaren) dat om het huis heen ligt nodigen u uit tot ontspannende wandelingen of joggen.
Het uitzicht is werkelijk schitterend, over kleine dorpen en stadjes op heuveltoppen met de Apennijnen op de achtergrond.
De zeer goed verzorgde tuin ligt op 3 niveaus met het zwembad op het niveau onder het huis. Vanaf het geplaveide terras om het zwembad kan men genieten van een magnifiek uitzicht.
Een voormalige stenen schuur is gerestaureerd en omgevormd tot een groot kleedhok met douche en WC voor bij het zwembad.
Palazzo Rosadi is een luxueuze villa van hoog niveau zowel wat betreft de accommodatie als ook de faciliteiten. De villa wordt direct beheerd door de eigenaren en in het geval van problemen zijn zij in 20 minuten bij de gasten. Zij heten u persoonlijk welkom, laten u het huis zien en helpen u verder met alles dat u nodig heeft. Het verschil tussen een huis dat direct door de eigenaren beheerd wordt en een huis dat beheerd wordt door iemand die in een ander land woont is enorm: Heeft u ooit na een lange reis een miezerig welkompakket aangetroffen ? Of een huis dat maar half schoon is ? Een slecht schoongemaakt zwembad? De meeste gasten van Palazzo Rosadi zijn gasten die elk jaar terugkomen ! Uw vakantie is onze eerste prioriteit.

Casa La Primula is a farmhouse situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in an extremely panoramic position with an evocative view of Pierle Castle, an ancient fortress of feudal origin, which makes it as if suspended in time. It takes a little effort to get up here, the 2.5 km road is almost all unpaved and very steep (not recommended for sports cars), but once on spot you will be rewarded with true peace in the middle of nature and above all with an exceptional view. When you want to emerge from your refuge, about 5 km away you will find the villages of Mercatale, in Tuscany, and Lisciano Niccone, in Umbria. We recommend a day trip to the characteristic Cortona, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
In the gazebo in the garden you can dine in front of the sunset; for your barbecues or pizzas in company there are also a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The fence makes the house ideal for a holiday with your four-legged friends (extra charge could be required). You can spend your holiday days bathing in the swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m - depth 1.20-2.40 m, completely fenced in - open from 01st May to 30th September), playing table tennis and enjoying tasty lunches and dinners in the cool gazebo furnished with tables and chairs next to the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Pagliazzone is a cottage with private and fenced garden and is located in the hills of the Val d'Ambra, dominated by the ancient ruins of the Cennina Castle and immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. A short walk will take you to the characteristic village of Bucine. When you feel like leaving the swimming pool and the peace of the garden for a while, the small, typical villages of the Val d'Ambra and Chianti are easy and quick to reach, and Arezzo, Florence and Siena are excellent day trips.
The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...

If you book a holiday at Casale Aiola you will find yourself immersed in a modern farmhouse and forestry farm, surrounded by greenery and set in the total tranquillity of the hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, among age-old woods and picturesque valleys. Casale Aiola is an old stone farmhouse divided into two parts. In one part of the house lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a sure reference point for any need.
The farmhouse is located about 25 km from the beautiful Cortona, in Tuscany and about 15 km from the village of Trestina, in Umbria. You can do your shopping in either Cortona or Trestina, both of which have shops, supermarkets and services.
From here you have easy access to green Umbria, with its small villages nestled in the lush hills and bucolic landscapes of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia is only 60 km away.
Similarly, once you have reached Cortona, the splendid towns and cities of southern Tuscany will open up for you to discover. From Cortona to the farmhouse the road is perhaps a little long, even though it is all paved. But once you are there you will be rewarded with the absolute tranquillity of the place.
In our opinion Casale Aiola is definitely suitable for groups of families with children. The large green space around the house is perfect for the little ones to run and play in the middle of nature. Also available, in front of the house, is a children's swimming pool (size m. 4x8 - depth 0.60 m., table tennis, table football, children's games and a bowling green. For adults and children there is a large private swimming pool (size 9x16 m. -depth 1,20 m. completely fenced - open from 15 May to 30th September) with bathroom with shower and a small gazebo with fridge to cool down on hot summer days and the tennis court.

Villa Cantagallo has the old-world charm of an ancient manor house. The spacious rooms, fireplaces, arches and exposed stonework combine well with the rustic furnishings chosen by the owners, and will take you back in time when these huge dwellings were the hub of farmhouses.
You will find Villa Cantagallo a short distance from the charming Etruscan town of Cortona (8 km), a destination of great artistic, historical and architectural interest that is definitely worth a visit. You will leave your heart in Cortona, in its paved alleys that climb up the hill, you will immerse yourself in an almost magical atmosphere, as if suspended in time.
Don't forget to dine in one of the countless restaurants and trattorias in the historic centre; our advice is definitely local red wine and a nice Tagliata of Chianina beef!
Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large farm, then a recent and careful renovation, which the owners carried out with love and care to keep the old features of the villa unaltered, transformed it into a cosy holiday home.
Still next to the house you will find the wine cellar where the owner produces excellent wine (Vino DOC Cortona), which you can taste for free during your holiday.

Casetta i Ciliegi can be reached via a scenic mountain road that is partly unpaved (about 4 km), not recommended for sports cars. Especially the first time it may be a little difficult, but once you get there you will understand that it is worth making a little effort to admire such a beautiful view.
