San Eusebio is an independent portion of a beautiful stone farmhouse with ancient peasant origins. You will find it nestled in an extremely panoramic position on the silver olive-covered hill of S. Pietro a Cegliolo, not far from the beautiful town of Cortona.
You will instantly fall in love with Cortona. Its cobbled lanes, noble palaces, panoramic viewpoints across the Valdichiana to Lake Trasimeno, its churches and numerous monuments are all not to be missed. You will spend lazy days, strolling around while eating an ice cream, immersed in an atmosphere of ancient times. We advise you not to miss out on a few evenings in the numerous typical restaurants in the historic centre, you absolutely must try the Tuscan cuisine and the many delicacies it offers!
The owners of the house have carefully restored it with absolute respect for the old architectural features: the wooden beams, ceilings, fixtures and terracotta floors are those of yesteryear. Colours, decorations, finishing works and furnishings are perfectly in tune with the characteristics of the house, a perfect rustic style to take you back in time.
In front of the house, there is a large green area at your disposal, a gazebo with garden furniture ideal for enjoying outdoor dining in harmony with the landscape below and the lights in the distance. Immersed among the olive trees is a lovely swimming pool (size 3.5x6 m, depth 0.60-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), panoramic and cool, which will be perfect for your days of relaxation on the sun-kissed sun loungers of the solarium.

Un cadre idyllique, au calme et au milieu de la nature, typiquement toscan.
Oliviers, vignes et figuiers sont au rendez-vous. Le chemin d’accès peut sembler aventureux mais vaut le déplacement.
La maison contient le strict nécessaire (pas de Clim mais des ventilateurs).
Nous recommandons dons.
Attention, pas d’escaliers pour descendre dans la piscine.

We had a lovely time in the San Eusebio villa in the heart of Tuscan hills :-) They hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and we would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation in the heart of Italian paradise!

Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Die Zufahrt zu diesem ist aber sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr steile Kurven vorhanden sind. Das Haus ist alt, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist als sehr einfach zu bewerten. Der Vermieter gibt sich sehr viel Mühe um dem Gast den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Poolreinigung wird alle 3 Tage vorgenommen. Was uns am Pool negativ aufgefallen ist, dass keine Treppe oder Leiter vorhanden ist, deshalb das herauskommen sehr schwer fällt für kranke oder ältere Leute.
Wir haben uns vorsorglich ein Sonnensegel mitgenommen, weil wir sahen, dass kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist. Dies war die richtige Entscheidung um der prallen Sonne zu entgehen. Ansonsten ein sehr ruhig gelegener Ort zum Entspannen. Der Zugang zum Obergeschoss ist über eine Treppe, die sehr steil ist, möglich. Tolle Lage am Berg, direkt in einem Olivenhain mit toller Aussicht. Pool und Aussicht schöner als auf den Bildern. Haus auch sehr geschmackvoll im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Haus ist durch die unbefestigte Straße ein wenig mühsam.

There were 4 of us,we had wonderful stay,the villa is small but big enough for 4 persons and the view is absolutly outstanding,Ms Daniela was very nice and helpful,we definitly recommend this house to spend quiet time.The road up the house is a challenge but it is an attraction too.Ewa,Marek,Lucia,Krzysztof

We had a wonderful visit and stay in this villa. The owners were fantastic and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless, the views incredible and it was a perfect, central location to everything in the Tuscan area. Photos below show the hill the Villa is on, views from the pool area and kitchen window. Jet Black sparkling night skies, church bells, night sounds and fresh air. It is a lovely place!

The House gives a authentic feel for the region, it's quiet and you can see over the valley. It's the perfect getaway from all the hustle and bussle.
The pool is fabulous, good size and refreshing.
