Zodra u aankomt wordt u welkom geheten door de eigenaar of beheerder en vindt u een prachtige, schone en goed onderhouden woning met uitzicht over de heuvels en de stad perfect voor een rustige vakantie in Toscane. Na een drukke dag musea bezoeken kunt u de tijd doorbrengen met vrienden en familie en genieten van een glaasje wijn - een perfecte manier om te ontspannen aan het einde van de dag. Ook zijn er buiten beschikbaar een jacuzzi en barbecue. Als u van koken houdt is er een goed uitgeruste keuken met o.a. koffiezetapparaat, magnetron oven, broodrooster, fornuis en ijskast en natuurlijk voldoende servies en bestek voor tot vier personen. Als u liever buiten eet is er een tuin waar u van het weer kan genieten terwijl u buiten eet.

Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.

Villa Belvedere, 240 square meters on two floors, comfortably accommodates up to eight people and offers a marvelous view that sweeps from the valley of the Cecina mountains to the soffioni of Lardarello and the Chianti hills.
The entrance of the vacation villa, where a stone inscription testifies to the ancient origins of the building, dating back to the late 16th century, leads on one side to a large and bright fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, and on the other to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
From outside there is access to a laundry room.
On the second floor are two living areas with a large fireplace, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms with washbasin, toilet, and bidet, one of which has a bathtub/shower and the other a shower only.
Next to the holiday villa in Tuscany is a private swimming pool with umbrella and deck chairs, surrounded by a green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
