Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes van Casa Elia zijn een waar hoogtepunt van het pand en bieden een rijk en gevarieerd landschap over een tuin van 1.500 m² die het hele seizoen door barst van kleur en geur. De tuin beschikt over struiken van lavendel, rozemarijn, salie en andere aromatische kruiden, evenals appel-, peer-, perzik-, kaki- en olijfbomen, eiken, grote grasvelden en rustige hoekjes met bankjes waar u kunt zitten en genieten van de rust van het Toscaanse platteland. Een terras dat direct in verbinding staat met de keuken is uitgerust met een grote tafel, stoelen, een parasol en een verplaatsbare barbecue, en biedt een ideale setting om buiten te dineren terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht op het platteland en de kleurrijke tuin eronder. Houd er rekening mee dat de foto's van het pand in het voorjaar zijn genomen, dus de bloei van bloemen en de kleur van het gazon kunnen verschillen op het moment van uw aankomst.
Het onverwarmde zwembad bevindt zich op een iets lager niveau ten opzichte van het souterrain, op slechts 25 m van het huis. Het heeft een onregelmatige niervorm en meet 11 x 8 m, met een diepte variërend van 1,40 m tot 2,20 m. Het zwembad is uitgerust met zoutzuivering, een stalen ladder voor toegang tot het water en interne verlichting. Een travertijnen trap leidt naar de eerste verdieping, waar u een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met aan elkaar te schuiven bedden vindt, een badkamer met douche en nog een slaapkamer met een ensuite badkamer met douche.

Casa Elia is voor het begin van het seizoen grondig geïnspecteerd door een technisch verantwoordelijke, om de consistentie van de beschrijving, de vermelde accessoires en hun huidige staat van werking en onderhoud te waarborgen, waardoor kwaliteit, netheid en comfort voor alle gasten worden gegarandeerd.
Huisdieren worden op verzoek geaccepteerd op het pand en onder voorbehoud van voorafgaande toestemming van de eigenaar, die vooraf op de hoogte moet worden gesteld van het aantal dieren, hun grootte en ras vóór aankomst.
Het pand profiteert van een Zer0Dep Garantie, wat betekent dat u geen borgsom betaalt, noch bij het saldo noch bij aankomst. Deze garantie omvat EuropAssistance dekking in het geval van accidentele schade aan het pand tijdens uw verblijf, tot een maximum van €1.500,00 en onder voorbehoud van de gestelde beperkingen.

Villa Belvedere, 240 square meters on two floors, comfortably accommodates up to eight people and offers a marvelous view that sweeps from the valley of the Cecina mountains to the soffioni of Lardarello and the Chianti hills.
The entrance of the vacation villa, where a stone inscription testifies to the ancient origins of the building, dating back to the late 16th century, leads on one side to a large and bright fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, and on the other to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
From outside there is access to a laundry room.
On the second floor are two living areas with a large fireplace, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms with washbasin, toilet, and bidet, one of which has a bathtub/shower and the other a shower only.
Next to the holiday villa in Tuscany is a private swimming pool with umbrella and deck chairs, surrounded by a green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.

Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.
There is another building overlooking the garden and pool area however this is uninhabited..

Just 5 kilometres away you will find the renowned town of Montepulciano, an authentic pearl of the 16th century, a century of which it is still an almost intact expression with its palaces, streets and alleyways, indelible testimony to the splendours of Renaissance architecture and taste.
In the village you will find shops and supermarkets and above all restaurants and trattorias, where you can taste delicious traditional Tuscan dishes, as well as the famous wine cellars, set amidst vineyards, dug into the tuff, built underground with arches, vaults and ancient barrels. We absolutely recommend a visit to the cellars with a tasting of the award-winning local wines, you will not regret it!
