"Gerry House" is een volledig gerenoveerd tweegezinshuis aan de rand van Camaiore in Toscane, dat in 2024 geheel is vernieuwd. Het pand bestaat uit 2 zelfstandige appartementen en biedt gasten een rustig en verfijnd verblijf in een van de meest gezochte regio's van Toscane. Het huis combineert de charme van een natuurlijke omgeving met moderne voorzieningen en vormt een ideaal uitgangspunt voor het verkennen van het omringende landschap en de kustlijn.
Buitenruimtes
Het gedeelde zwembad meet 12 x 6 meter met een diepte van 130 cm en is beschikbaar van 4 mei tot 4 oktober. Een buitendouche en tuinmeubilair bevinden zich in de buurt van het zwembad. Een barbecueplaats nodigt uit tot buitendinen. De gronden beschikken over een goed onderhouden gazon, een natuurtuin en een wildlifetuin die respect tonen voor de omringende omgeving. Het zwembad wordt regelmatig onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman.
Praktische informatie
"Gerry House" beschikt over centrale verwarming, beschikbaar van 31 oktober tot 19 maart. Voor verblijven tussen 20 maart en 30 oktober is verwarming ook beschikbaar tegen meerprijs, ter plaatse te betalen. Een wasmachine staat ter beschikking van gasten. Parkeerplaats ter plaatse is beschikbaar. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het gehele pand. De buurt is gevoelig voor geluid; stilte en respectvol gedrag worden te allen tijde verwacht. De eigenaar accepteert geen boekingen van jeugdgroepen. Een auto wordt aanbevolen om optimaal van de omgeving en haar vele attracties te profiteren. Aanvullende accommodaties binnen het pand kunnen worden geboekt voor grotere groepen of uitgebreide families.

The garden, spanning over 1,000 square meters, features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep, with a waterfall and salt water purification), a tennis table, a gazebo, relaxation areas, and a barbecue.

Camaiore is a small, lively town with countless bars, restaurants and small shops. The sea is about 6 to 10km away - depending on where you want to go.
