Villa Arcitenens ligt in een rustige woonwijk op 2 km van het historische centrum van Cortona in Italië en biedt een comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf in het hart van Toscane. Het pand bestaat uit een hoofdhuis en 2 bijgebouwen, wat ruimschoots plaats biedt voor gasten die zowel ontspanning als privacy zoeken. Het landgoed is omgeven door een volledig omheinde tuin van 2 hectare met weelderige groene omgeving die een serene en rustgevende sfeer creëert.
Buitenruimtes
De tuin van 2 hectare is volledig omheind en biedt veel ruimte voor wandelingen en ontspanning in totale privacy. Het privézwembad meet 8 x 4 meter met een diepte van 140 cm en is beschikbaar van 15 mei tot 30 september; aangrenzend bevinden zich een douche en WC-faciliteit. De buitenruimte is voorzien van tuinmeubilair geschikt voor zonnebaden en ontspanning, en een barbecueplaats nodigt uit tot buitendinen.
Praktische informatie
De accommodatie beschikt over Wi-Fi-verbinding. Er is een parkeerplaats ter plaatse, bereikbaar via een privéweg van 100 meter die rechtstreeks naar het landgoed leidt. Jeugdgroepen worden niet geaccepteerd om het rustige en ontspannende karakter van het pand voor alle gasten te behouden. Een auto wordt sterk aanbevolen voor gasten die de omliggende streek willen verkennen en de vele attracties en voorzieningen in de buurt willen bereiken.

Het centrum van Cortona, een beroemde heuveltstad met Etruskisch erfgoed en middeleeuwse architectuur, ligt op 2 km. Een supermarkt en een winkel voor dagelijkse boodschappen bevinden zich op ongeveer 2 km; restaurants zijn eveneens in dezelfde omgeving te vinden. Het treinstation Camucia ligt op 4 km. Het meer Trasimeno, ideaal voor zwemmen en lakeside ontspanning, bevindt zich op 10 km. Castiglion Fiorentino ligt op 13 km, Castiglion del Lago op 14 km en Passignano sul Trasimeno op 20 km. Drie mooie vrijstaande villa’s die rustig en hoog gelegen zijn in de buurt van het schilderachtige middeleeuwse stadje Cortona. De 3 huizen bieden een mooi uitzicht over de Chiana vallei en er is een gemeenschappelijk zwembad op een lager gelegen niveau.
De huizen zijn comfortabel ingericht en kunnen ook samen gehuurd worden om zo in totaal tot 10 slaapplaatsen te verkrijgen en alleen over het zwembad te beschikken. Ongeasfalteerde toegangsweg van 100 meter, in goede staat.
Afstanden: Cortona met allerlei winkels 1,5 km, Camucia 4 km, Arezzo 30 km.
Het meer van Trasimeno ligt op ong. 15 km.

Accommodatie Alle Fornaci is een fijne stenen woning met gemeenschappelijk zwembad, WiFi internet en air conditioning. De villa / Het landhuis / Het huis heeft totaal 15 onafhankelijke woningen. De woning is comfortabel geschikt voor max. 71 personen. Alle Fornaci is gelegen in het centrum van Latereto (Italië), en slechts 22 km van Arezzo in de streek "Arezzo En Omgeving".
BELANGRIJK: Let op dat, om aansprakelijkheidsredenen, minderjarigen bij het betreden van het eigendom begeleid moeten worden door hun ouders of door een persoon die hun voogdij beheert, die verantwoordelijk zal worden gehouden voor eventuele schade aan eigendommen en/of personen tijdens hun verblijf.
Als een groep de volledige accommodatie boekt, is er op aanvraag (tegen extra betaling) een gemeenschappelijke eetruimte beschikbaar voor lunches en diners. Let op: de bijbehorende keuken mag alleen gebruikt worden door de kok van de accommodatie.
Er is ook een typisch Toscaans restaurant met pizzeria op het terrein, dat ook slechts enkele dagen per week voor het publiek geopend is.

Wanneer u aankomt vindt u een fraaie, schone en goed onderhouden woning met uitzicht over de bergen en de heuvels ideaal voor een rustige vakantie in Toscane. Na een drukke dag toeren kunt u de tijd doorbrengen met vrienden en familie bij het zwembad, en genieten van een glaasje wijn - een perfecte manier om te ontspannen aan het einde van de dag. Op het terrein is er voor uw genoegen een terras, barbecue en speeltuin. Elk appartement heeft zijn eigen woonruimte met keuken met voldoende keukengerei, servies en bestek, slaapkamer en badkamer. Dit vakantiehuis bestaat uit 2 onafhankelijke huizen gelegen in het pittoreske gehucht Camucia, op 5 km van het historische centrum van Cortona in Italië. Het pand is gebouwd in 2006 en ligt op een werkende boerderij omgeven door uitgestrekte velden, met een zonnige ligging en panoramisch uitzicht op Cortona en het glooiende Toscaanse landschap. De gasten hebben toegang tot een gedeelde tuin die bijdraagt aan het gevoel van ruimte en rust. De eigenaar woont eveneens op het terrein.
Buitenruimtes
De gedeelde tuin biedt een ruim en sereen omgeving met panoramisch uitzicht over de heuvels naar Cortona. Het omheinde zwembad meet 5 x 12 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 juni tot 30 september; een douche en WC bevinden zich in het poolgebied. Een barbecueplaats is aanwezig voor buitendinen. Elk huis beschikt over een privéterras van 15 m² en een terras, waar gasten in privacy kunnen ontspannen met uitzicht op het omringende landschap.

Het vakantiehuis beschikt over Wi-Fi. Een kok is op aanvraag beschikbaar met toeslag. Parkeerplaatsen onder dak zijn ter plaatse aanwezig; het terrein is beveiligd met elektrische poorten. Een auto wordt aanbevolen voor verplaatsing in het landelijke gebied van Camucia.

Casa La Primula is a farmhouse situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in an extremely panoramic position with an evocative view of Pierle Castle, an ancient fortress of feudal origin, which makes it as if suspended in time. It takes a little effort to get up here, the 2.5 km road is almost all unpaved and very steep (not recommended for sports cars), but once on spot you will be rewarded with true peace in the middle of nature and above all with an exceptional view. When you want to emerge from your refuge, about 5 km away you will find the villages of Mercatale, in Tuscany, and Lisciano Niccone, in Umbria. We recommend a day trip to the characteristic Cortona, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
In the gazebo in the garden you can dine in front of the sunset; for your barbecues or pizzas in company there are also a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The fence makes the house ideal for a holiday with your four-legged friends (extra charge could be required). For both of you there is plenty of space in the green and the possibility, for those who love trekking, of long walks along the numerous paths in the woods. La Casa nel Borgo is located in the ancient hamlet of Cantalena Alta and is now part of an almost completely restored rural complex consisting of 6 small houses, where efforts have been made to keep alive the ancient traditions and times gone by, using stone in the restoration along with original reclaimed materials.
A road that climbs through green woods and breathtaking views will lead you to La Casa nel Borgo. The first time it may seem a little challenging, but as soon as you arrive at your destination you will be rewarded with absolute peace, stunning views, unspoilt spaces and unforgettable sunsets. The place is your paradise if you are a nature lover, surrounded by cool green forests and inhabited by local wildlife. It is not difficult, on summer evenings, to come across friendly hares, porcupines, roe deer or fallow deer.
The small hamlet has a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (10x5 mt, depth 1.20-1.60 mt - open from 17 May to 27 September) completely fenced and with a Roman steps, which is about 100 metres from your house and in common use with the other guests. In the solarium you will have your own private area with 4 sun beds and a sun umbrella, where you can spend your lazy days by the pool. The house also has a private, shaded area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals in the peace of the cobbled alley.
The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts, furnished in rustic style, reminiscent of the rural homes of our grandparents, the beamed ceilings (the size of some of the doors are quite small), the terracotta floors, the old marble sink... we can assure you that spending your holiday here will be a real plunge into the past!
The little house, in our opinion, is ideal for couples, even with children; if you wish to get away from it all, it will become your favourite place, you will only be disturbed by birdsong, and in the morning you will wake up to a wonderful view to greet you. At Casa nel Borgo quiet, tranquillity and the slow, lazy flow of the days will be the watchwords of your holiday. The nearest shops are in Castiglion Fiorentino, about 15 km away. And about 9 km away, in the lttle village of Santa Cristina, you will find a small grocery shop and a Tuscan restaurant. Casetta i Ciliegi is the ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life and be in close contact with nature. Green woods, steep hills and cultivated countryside frame this beautiful house with a large, fully-fenced outdoor area where you can relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (size 7x4 mt, depth 1.20-1.50 mt - open from 01st May to 30th September) and in the porch furnished with table, chairs and barbecue.

Casale Aiola is an old stone farmhouse divided into two parts. In one part of the house lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a sure reference point for any need.
The farmhouse is located about 25 km from the beautiful Cortona, in Tuscany and about 15 km from the village of Trestina, in Umbria. You can do your shopping in either Cortona or Trestina, both of which have shops, supermarkets and services.
From here you have easy access to green Umbria, with its small villages nestled in the lush hills and bucolic landscapes of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia is only 60 km away.
Similarly, once you have reached Cortona, the splendid towns and cities of southern Tuscany will open up for you to discover. From Cortona to the farmhouse the road is perhaps a little long, even though it is all paved. But once you are there you will be rewarded with the absolute tranquillity of the place.
In our opinion Casale Aiola is definitely suitable for groups of families with children. The large green space around the house is perfect for the little ones to run and play in the middle of nature. Also available, in front of the house, is a children's swimming pool (size m. 4x8 - depth 0.60 m., table tennis, table football, children's games and a bowling green. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
For adults and children there is a large private swimming pool (size 9x16 m. -depth 1,20 m. completely fenced - open from 15 May to 30th September) with bathroom with shower and a small gazebo with fridge to cool down on hot summer days and the tennis court.

Podere Marcigliano consists of 2 newly built villas, which nevertheless reflect the architectural characteristics of the farmhouses of the past. If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. At your disposal is a common room with television, laundry, bicycles, ping-pong table and outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful summer days.
A few meters from the house, on a natural terrace, you will find the large swimming pool (size 20x8 m. - depth 1.20-1.40 m. - open from May 10 to September 20), with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for the private use of each apartment, for your days of relaxation and water games with your children.
