Casa Felice overlooks from a "hillock" in the hilly territory between the towns of Lucignano and Rigomagno, characteristic medieval villages between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Lucignano, one of the most characteristic village in the Valdichiana, with shops and services of all kinds, is easily reached on foot. The walk to the imposing elliptical walls of the small town is one of the things that our customers always tell us with enthusiasm. The olive trees, the small road on the hill that goes up and once in the village the characteristic cafés among the paved alleys, where you can always taste an ice cream or a glass of good Tuscan wine.
Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Here you will really escape from everyday life, to spend an uninterrupted time with family or friends. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome (extra charge could be required).

Galleria di Brolio is an old stone farmhouse whose origins date back to 1800, located between two of the most important towns of the Valdichiana, Castiglion Fiorentino and Foiano, and which is now part of the owners' farm. You will find the farmhouse just a few kilometres from the two towns and in both, as well as various monuments and sites of artistic interest that are definitely worth a visit, you will have shops, restaurants and all kinds of services. The small historic centres of the villages will be a pleasant destination for your aperitifs or dinners at the restaurant.
The farmhouse takes its name from the Galleria di Brolio, a conduit that is still in operation today and is located on the edge of the olive grove. The conduit is part of the canal built between 1932 and 1940 to improve the flow of water towards the Arno, planned by the engineer Vittorio Fossombroni for the reclamation of the valley at the end of the 18th century.
Galleria di Brolio is situated on the edge of a wood of about 20 hectares of oaks and pines used as a hunting reserve for the repopulation of animals; they live here in the utmost freedom and if you love wildlife you will frequently see hares and pheasants running in the olive grove, the vineyard and even in the house lawn.
On the ground floor there is the apartment where the owners live, as well as a cellar and a shed for the farm's agricultural tools, while the first floor is reserved for you. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable, enriched with local antiques, and blend in perfectly with the old features of the house. Not far away, on the other side of the wood, passes the railway line that connects central Italy with the main cities of the peninsula (Florence, Bologna, Rome, Milan), so it will be easy to move around even without a car.
A few metres from the house, surrounded by silver olive trees, you will find a beautiful swimming pool completely fenced and for your exclusive use (size 11x5 m, depth 1.10-1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), together with a gazebo equipped with garden furniture, which will allow you to shelter from the hot summer sun.
There is also a large pergola supplied with wrought iron furniture for eating outside, equipped with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, for those evenings when you want to enjoy a pizza or a grill “al fresco”.
The owner, on request, will prepare excellent typical Tuscan dinners and pizzas in the wood-fired oven which, we are told by customers who have stayed at the house, are truly delicious.

Pozzonovo is an old farmhouse divided into 3 comfortable apartments and is the result of the skilful and careful renovation of a stone building. The three units have independent entrances and in the garden their own area equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your meals in the open air.
You will find the farmhouse immersed in the Valdichiana countryside and, at the same time, close to the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, which can be easily reached on foot with a walk of about 1.5 km. From the railway station in Castiglion Fiorentino it will be easy to travel by train for day trips to Florence, Rome and other interesting cities in central Italy.
We advise you to immerse yourself in the life of the small village, its shops, bars and restaurants; you will get a glimpse of country life that still harks back to ancient traditions and customs.
The stone walls, wooden and brick ceilings and simple but comfortable furnishings give the apartments a special charm. You will immediately feel at home, welcomed by a warm atmosphere and by Mrs Rita, the owner, who is always ready to assist her guests in times of need.
Together with the owner, you will be able to make use of the large outdoor area, a cool, large 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 0.90-1.40 m - open from 01 May to 30 September) located in front of the house, the badminton court, table tennis and bowling green.

Omgeven door 309 hectare (bossen, wijngaarden en olijfboomgaarden) maakt het deel uit van een prachtige historische locatie die dateert uit de dertiende eeuw en ook een landgoed dat wijn en olie produceert. Villa Paneretta ligt naast het oude Castello della Paneretta en zijn kelders: de productie van Chianti Classico-wijn vertegenwoordigt de hoofdactiviteit en gasten van Villa Paneretta hebben het voorrecht om de unieke smaak van de flessen wijn direct ter plaatse te proeven. Het kasteel is open (op vaste tijden) voor proeverijen en bezoeken, maar de gasten van Villa Paneretta zullen altijd genieten van de exclusiviteit van hun buitenruimtes en zwembad.

Ambrogetta is een vakantiehuis gelegen in het landschap van San Casciano In Val Di Pesa in Italië. Het pand dateert uit 1800 en ligt op slechts 1 km van het centrum van San Casciano Val di Pesa. Het vakantiehuis beschikt over uitgestrekte gronden van 20.000 m2, die een groot gevoel van ruimte en privacy bieden. Het pand combineert historisch karakter met modern comfort en biedt gasten de mogelijkheid om te genieten van het platteland terwijl zij dicht bij lokale voorzieningen blijven.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 8 x 4 meter met een diepte van 120 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 22 oktober. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad.
