Het Chianti Resort biedt 3 onafhankelijke appartementen en wij beheren er slechts 2 van hen en 2 exclusieve villa's.
Elk appartement heeft een eigen tuin met een ruimte uitgerust om buiten te eten en de 3 appartementen delen samen het zwembad.
Gunstig gelegen 11 km van Gambassi Terme (Italië) en slechts 13 km van San Gimignano. Accommodatie Chianti Resort is een fraaie stenen woning met air conditioning, WiFi internet en gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Het country resort is onderverdeeld in totaal twee onafhankelijke woningen. De woning is comfortabel geschikt voor max. 12 personen in zes slaapkamers en vier badkamers.
Wat Staat U Te Wachten
Bij aankomst wordt u ontvangen door de eigenaar of beheerder en vindt u een fraaie, schone en goed onderhouden woning met uitzicht over de bergen en de heuvels ideaal voor een geweldige vakantie in Toscane. Hoe u de dagen ook doorbrengt - musea bezoek, met excursies, winkelen of rijdende door het prachtige landschap, zodra u thuis komt kunt u uitrusten samen met familie en vrienden bij het zwembad voor een perfecte afsluiting van nog weer een dag in Toscane. Buiten zijn er ook een terras, speeltuin en barbecue. Veel mensen die samen reizen met vrienden verkiezen een vakantiehuis met meerdere appartementen waar ze samen de tijd door kunnen brengen in de gemeenschappelijk ruimtes zoals het zwembad of de tuin, maar toch met eigen woonruimte met slaapkamer en badkamer. Daarnaast heeft ieder appartement een eigen keuken met genoeg keukengerei, servies en bestek.

Beautiful villa located in the countryside between Siena and Florence, renovated in 2015 maintaining and enhancing the rustic style and at the same time equipping it with all comforts to ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment. The house is arranged over three floors and has an attractive design with a taste of modern combined with some antique furniture. The property also has a small fenced garden of 1,000 sq m. equipped with pool for exclusive use of the guests (11m. x 5m. prof. 150cm.), there is also a nice loggia equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue.

Pagliazzone is a cottage with private and fenced garden and is located in the hills of the Val d'Ambra, dominated by the ancient ruins of the Cennina Castle and immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. A short walk will take you to the characteristic village of Bucine. When you feel like leaving the swimming pool and the peace of the garden for a while, the small, typical villages of the Val d'Ambra and Chianti are easy and quick to reach, and Arezzo, Florence and Siena are excellent day trips.
The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...
The typical Tuscan furnishings, with their rustic charm, together with good equipment complete the whole. The cottage is particularly suitable for couples.
