Het vakantiehuis "Cadellura" ligt in het rustige district Santa Firmina, op slechts 4 km van het centrum van Arezzo in Italië. Het huis biedt een rustig en vredig toevluchtsoord, terwijl het dicht genoeg bij de stad ligt om alle aantrekkingen van Arezzo en omgeving te bereiken. Het pand ligt op een omheind landgoed van 10.000 m², waar een terrasgewijze tuin met gazon, bomen en een boomgaard een weelderige en serene omgeving creëert.

Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. It is located on a panoramic position, perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green woods of oak and holm-oak. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.
The hamlet has been restored preserving its original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Even the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in respect of rural traditions.
Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
Only 2.5 km away is the village of Palazzo del Pero where you will find a couple of restaurants and some shops.
Only 9 km away is the city of Arezzo and its monuments, shops for shopping enthusiasts, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of services. But we also recommend that you spend wonderful days discovering the old town centre, its narrow streets and the works of art by Piero della Francesca, Cimabue and Vasari, scattered throughout the city.
The outdoor area of Borgo di Usciano is divided into various panoramic terraces, and you'll be spoilt for choice whether to relax in the solarium by the beautiful infinity pool (size 7x14 m, depth 1-1.60 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), in the shade of a cool tree in the lower part of the garden, or climb the hill with a 360° panorama and a good book to keep you company.

Casa Rossa is a suggestive farmhouse of very remote origins. It stands in a very panoramic and peaceful position, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. It can be reached by following an unpaved road (1,5 km) that winds its way through rows of vineyards, and even before you get there you will feel you have been catapulted into another era. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.
The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins. The wooden and brick ceilings, the original terracotta floors and the simple and essential furnishings are a rare example of the rural tradition in Tuscany. The farmhouse is particularly suitable for couples or families who love nature and simplicity and want to get away from modern life for a while.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
You will find yourself facing an incomparable view on summer evenings, sitting by the pool (size 5 x 9 m, depth 1.20 m, private for guests - open from 16 May to 12 September) or dining in the furnished pergola in front of the house. And if you feel like leaving the quiet of the place for a while, the city of Arezzo is reachable in 15 minutes by car, and throughout the year it offers countless folkloristic and cultural events, including the Giostra del Saracino and the Antique Fair.

Podere Berrettino is een landelijk vakantiehuis gelegen in het glooiende Toscaanse landschap van Reggello, Italië, op een hoogte van 450 meter boven zeeniveau. Het pand is verdeeld in 2 onafhankelijke eenheden; de eigenaar bewoont één ervan, terwijl de andere beschikbaar is als vakantieverhuur en bestaat uit 2 zelfstandige appartementen. Het eerste appartement biedt plaats aan maximaal 6 gasten, het tweede aan maximaal 4 gasten. Elk appartement beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken en is met elkaar verbonden uitsluitend via de buitenruimtes, wat een aangename mate van privacy waarborgt. Het pand ligt op 1 hectare grond met een natuurlijke tuin die voor gezamenlijk gebruik beschikbaar is.

Het zwembad meet 10 x 5 meter met een diepte van 150 centimeter en is beschikbaar van 27 april tot 28 september. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. Een pergola biedt schaduw voor ontspanning, terwijl tuinmeubilair door de buitenruimtes is geplaatst. Een barbecueplaats nodigt uit tot buitendinen. De natuurlijke tuin, die zich uitstrekt over het 1 hectare grote terrein, is beschikbaar voor gezamenlijk gebruik en biedt een rustige omgeving om te ontspannen en van het omringende landschap te genieten.
