A short distance from the city of Arezzo, an ideal starting point for visiting Tuscany, we find Villa Quattro Mori, a charming villa that once belonged to an ancient and noble family of Counts of Arezzo. It has in fact maintained its charm, in the furnishings of the elegant bedrooms, the lounge, the swimming pool adorned with marble and statues, and the large park shaded by centuries-old pines.
Just 500 m away, in the small village of Tregozzano, which is easily reached on foot, there is a bar, a pharmacy and some small food shops.
Just outside the village you will also find a typical trattoria.
You can easily reach Arezzo, a beautiful city of art that houses, among others, Piero della Francesca's masterpieces such as the Legend of the True Cross, by public transport, or in 5 minutes by car along the provincial road that passes near the villa. Here, if you love shopping, the old main street, today “Corso Italia”, offers elegant and exclusive shops. There are also supermarkets, restaurants and services of all kinds. We recommend you spend an evening in the small alleys of the historic centre, sitting on the stone steps of an ancient basilica, with a glass of wine in your hand.
The highlights of the villa, in our opinion, are certainly the splendid swimming pool with Roman staircase (size m 16x6, depth m. 1.40-2.00 - open from 27 June to 5 September) decorated with precious marble and with changing room and bathroom with shower, the characteristic pergola covered with wisteria and roses with marble fountain and wooden benches where you can spend dreamy days in the company of your book.
But above all, the large glass veranda overlooking the swimming pool, with its billiard table, table football, comfortable sofas, dining table, fridge and bathroom with shower, will be the perfect place for your days with friends, your dinners and your most beautiful family moments.
Your small size four-legged friends are also welcome.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison énorme et splendide! Marco nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et gentillesse. A notre arrivée la maison était propre, le jardin super bien entretenu, il ne manquait rien! La literie confortable, le linge de maison nickel (comme à l'hôtel !). La piscine est grandiose et Marco venait la nettoyer tous les soirs, ce qui était un véritable atout ! Non loin d'Arezzo (10min en voiture) nous étions dans un Havre de paix avec toute la verdure et le cadre reposant. La maison est énorme, les chambres sont grandes, une super véranda avec billard qui faisait notre bonheur tous les soirs!
Nous recommandons cette maison à 200% et nous n'avons aucun commentaire négatif pour cette location, si ce n'est l'absence de moustiquaires. Attention toutefois à vous préparer aux piqûres de moustiques qui sont tenaces ! Un grand merci à Marco qui était disponible chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, de très bon conseil, bienveillant et d'une gentillesse rare ! Très belle location avec un grand jardin bien cloturé et une superbe piscine de 16 m très propre. Grande villa parfaite pour 8 personnes. Proximité d'Arezzo et de commerce. Le propriétaire Marco est très sympathique et parle trés bien anglais.

Die Villa und das Anwesen sind sehr groß. Der Pool ist absolut spitze. Fängt bei ,1,40m an und geht schnell auf die Tiefe von 2,00 m. Ideal zum schwimmen. Am Pool befindet sich ein WC und eine Dusche. Das Anwesen ist von aussen nicht einsehbar. Für Personen die auch mal schattige Plätzchen suchen ist diese Location ideal. Unter der Villa gibt es eine Terasse mit Kühlschrank und einem Tischfussball. Neben dem Aufgang zur Villa gibt es einen Grillplatz auf dem Grundstück. Es war sehr schön dort.

Very good place, good location. Marco is a good host, great pool. Only the mosquitoes, but they are in all h the other places we have visited.

Wij hebben genoten van de ruime grote schone villa op de eerste verdieping. Voldoende voor twee gezinnen (8 pers.) De vriendelijke gastvrije huiseigenaar Marco is antiekhandelaar en dit zie je terug in de mooie antieke meubels en aankleding in huis en tuin. De grote ruime tuin is omgeven door veel bomen waardoor je echt het gevoel hebt dat je helemaal vrij zit. Het zwembad met acht heerlijke ligbedden met parasols zijn een luxe die wij intensief gebruikt hebben met het warme weer. De buitendouche naast het zwembad is fijn, zo ook de badkamer (douche / wc ) achter het zwembad. De stenen BBQ is goed waardoor we elke avond hebben gebarbecued en en tot laat hebben nagetafeld bij het vuurtje. Dat er beneden onder de overkapping een extra grote koelkast staat is ideaal voor het drank en vlees. (Hoef je niet steeds naar boven naar de keuken) Onze kinderen hebben veel getafelvoetbalt en 's avonds verstoppertje gespeeld in de grote tuin. Er is voldoende keukengerei zoals schalen en pannen. Het is een prima verblijf als je van hieruit de steden Florence, Arezzo en Sienna wilt bekijken. Al raden wij ook de kleine plaatjes in de buurt te bezoeken zoals Anghiari en Cortana. In Castiglion Fiorentino heb je een geweldige betaalbare eetgelegenheid Roggi met mooi uitzicht en vriendelijke bediening.

Belle villa spacieuse et propre, à proximité de toutes les facilités (grandes surfaces, restaurants, gare, etc.)et point de départ idéal pour visiter la région.
