Near the house is a small lake for fishing.

It can be reached easily from the highway which is at 3 Km.

The holiday home is ideal for those who want a beach holiday but also for those who love to travel and see the nearby places.

The entrance is via an automatical gate where you can park one car.

The garden is private and is spread mainly on the back where you have a table with umbrella.

On the back is a small little house that is not available and is not inhabited.
