Beschrijving

Quercianella is a small town that directly overlooks the sea and is situated south of Livorno (about 15 km).
The town is completely surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation in the hilly area there are many pine trees that offer a chance to breathe iodine of the sea resting in the shade while the coast is mainly rocky but offers the opportunity to discover many houses and beaches that overlook on a clear sea and inhabited by small fishes.
A short distance from the sea, just 500 meters away, on a side street is this majestic Villa for holidays.
It rests on a garden of about 3000 square meters.

It is divided into two parts, one rented and one inhabited by the owners.
The part that is rented is nearby the large swimming pool (12 x 5 meters, with the deepest point 3 meters).
There is a gazebo, barbecue, and the whole garden.
