Quercianella is a small town that directly overlooks the sea and is situated south of Livorno (about 15 km). The town is completely surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation in the hilly area there are many pine trees that offer a chance to breathe iodine of the sea resting in the shade while the coast is mainly rocky but offers the opportunity to discover many houses and beaches that overlook on a clear sea and inhabited by small fishes.

On the second floor: bedroom with bathroom connected to a bedroom with a single bed and additional single bed.
Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with dual sinks and large shower.
The Right part of the Villa:
Kitchen with dining area, TV Room with Sofa.
On the first floor: large living room with fireplace, 2 rooms for a total of 5 sleeps.
Bathroom with shower.
On the second floor: master bedroom with closet room, large bathroom with shower and Whirlpool for 2 persons.
Double Bedrooms and bathrooms with shower.
