The house is surrounded by olive groves and lies at the border of the small medieval hamlet of Gualdo. The garden is set in terraces( 50mq ) and completely fenced ( 1.20m heigh ), equipped with a gazebo with table, chairs and traditional brick barbeque, swimming pool with deckchairs and external shower.
There is big piece of land (2’000 sqm), about 30 m from the house, set in terraces with olive trees, where you may park your card and your children could use it as playground. Internet WiFi max 3 GB/week Included

These are the attractions in the vicintiy: the beautiful Roman church of Pieve a Elici, the manse of S. Caterina di Bozzano, the natural park of Migliarino, the Roman springs of Massciuccoli and the lake of the same name and the nice sandy beaches of the Versilia (10km). The most important art cities of Tuscany, such as Lucca 18km, Pietrasanta 20km, Pisa 30km, Florence less than 100km, are within an easy reach.
Lovers of Tuscan food may taste the wonderful specialities in the characteristic restaurant and which lies only a few steps from the holiday home or participate at one of the many events which take place in the nearby villages where evenings/nights are filled with fine food, music and dancing activities. Finally, to stimulate also your spirit and not only your body you may attend a classic concert which takes place at the springs of Massaciuccoli or in the Roman church of Pieve a Elici., visit the famous opera festival, which is held every year in July and August.
