We hebben hier genoten. Het appartement was perfect zeker het enorme terras met het geweldige uitzicht waar we heerlijk konden relaxen in de schaduw.
Bijzonder vriendelijk beheerders, het verse brood wat we elke dag konden bestellen en bij ons appartement werd afgeleverd heeft bijgedragen aan ons zeer positieve ervaring.

Very friendly managers, the fresh bread we could order every day and delivered to our apartment contributed to our very positive experience.

We hired the combination of "green + yellow" after having stayed for a week in "Il Fienile" on the same site. While the latter was spacious and modern looking, "green+yellow" are compact, rather gloomy and more basic - clearly different compared to "Il Fienile" on the same site.

It's pool is nicely located close to the house- more than big enough - and well maintained (one remark: the pool has no low depth area (for small children)).

The road to house was somewhat challenging (with some slopes) - but well do-able - the car's ABS was a reassuring help though :)

We had a wonderful vacation at the Villa Giare. The villa and the huge garden were even much nicer as displayed in the pictures. Every apartment has bis own charm and the vatastic view from the garden was impressive from early in the morning untill late at night. The little village Fratticciola is really beautiful and the near by the must see town Cortona.
The Host was very Friendly and did help us a lot to make this vacation very special. We really want to come again to this special place.

kitchen equipment was very poor
not enough coffee cups for the amount of persons that were staying
there was nothing in excess (6 knives, 6 forks, 6 plats, 6 glasses, ...)
after each meal you need to do the dishes
the kitchen was not equiped for daily cooking
very nice pool
the owner was very friendly and helpfull

Heel leuk huis maar jammer dat er geen horren voor de ramen zitten, zowel in de kelderkamer als in de kamer onder het zwembad kan je geen raam open zetten. Ook een koffieapparaat voor veel personen zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. De lichten in het zwembad werkten niet en dat was jammer als we s'avonds wouden zwemmen. Wel een mooie omgeving. Juist de snelweg is heel goed hoorbaar.

Also a coffee machine for many people would not be unnecessary luxury. The lights in the pool did not work and that was a shame when we were swimming in the evening. The surroundings are beautiful. The highway is very audible.

Mooi gelegen verblijf met ruim zwembad. Op ca. een uur rijden zijn steden als Sienna, Montepulciano,Arezzo, Firenze, San Gimignano, ... te bereiken.
Dit was een topaccomodatie, waar we zeker terugkomen.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautifully located with spacious swimming pool. In about an hour, cities like Siena, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Firenze, San Gimignano, ... can be reached.
This was a top accommodation, we will definitely be back.

The villa is beautiful, the surroundings, amazing views with everything you need. However, a main pain for us was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows, and lack of fans. Upon arrival we noticed an awful insecticide smell throughout the house, we needed to open windows to ventilate, however no mosquito screens, and all kids of bugs got in, even a wasp we had to take down with a broom! Weather is warm, there is no AC and we could be fine if windows could be opened, but not without screens! so we did not sleep well, too hot! and only 2 fans provided for a 3 bedroom villa.

Fabulous villa in the most glorious of settings. A plethora of space and equipment available and the privacy is wonderful. Views from villa are breathtaking too .

We had a fantastic holiday . Beautiful and relaxing environment , authentic Toscane villa in a peaceful and small village and most of all excellent services from mr Rosado who is always available and a super friendly man.
The tower room however is a bit less comfortable but still ok.
