Buitenruimtes
De tuin strekt zich uit over 300 m² en is omheind voor privacy en veiligheid. Het gazon wordt beschaduwd door volwassen bomen, wat een koele en rustige plek biedt tijdens de warmere maanden. Tuinmeubilair is aanwezig, zodat gasten kunnen ontspannen, buiten dineren of genieten van de frisse lucht.

Het pand biedt een weids uitzicht op de oude stad en beschikt over een gedeelde tuin van 20.000 m². Het landhuis is zorgvuldig gerenoveerd en voorzien van alle moderne comfort.
Buitenruimtes
Het gedeelde park van 20.000 m² vormt het hart van de buitenruimte, met weelderige weiden, volwassen bomen en uitgestrekte uitzichten over het platteland. Het gedeelde zwembad meet 7 x 14 meter met een diepte van 100 tot 200 cm en is beschikbaar van 7 april tot 31 oktober; een douche en WC-faciliteit bevinden zich direct bij het zwembad. Calanchi Residence is a small tourist complex with a large garden, a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pool for children and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany: halfway between the legendary towers of San Gimignano and the medieval charm of Certaldo, yet not too far from the art cities of Florence (59 km), Pisa (57 km), Siena (65 km), and Volterra (33 km).
For this reason Calanchi Residence is perfect as a base for various excursions in Tuscany, all reachable in about 1 hour by car.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a covered outdoor area.
The apartments offer 3 to 5 beds, two bathrooms, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed (on request), well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fridge, freeezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, WI-FI, mosquito nets, air conditioning.
Three apartments have a private fenced garden, ideal for those travelling with 4-legged friends.

The long sandy beach of Lido di Camaiore with its flat seabed, suitable for children, make it an ideal destination for families, but even for all kind of vacationers which will find here a lot of amusement and relax opportunities.

Tips for your holiday:
A stroll by bike in the big pinewood of Ponente, where you will find a lot of children’s play area and refreshment stands, golf court in Pietrasanta, a cocktail at the table of a café along the promenade and after dinner in one of the many night clubs situated in Viareggio as well as in Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi which are only some of the entertainment possibilities during your stay.
From Viareggio railway station you will get the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre and walk the wonderful “cammino dell’amore”(way of love).
The Parco Nazionale delle Alpi Apuane and art towns as Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa and Florence can be reached by car and then be walked. Angelina
