Residence "I Boboli" ligt verscholen tussen bomen en weelderige weiden in het gezochte kustplaatsje Punta Ala, slechts 300 meter van zee, in het hart van Toscane, Italië. Dit goed uitgeruste vakantieappartement maakt deel uit van een goed beheerd complex met receptie. Het terrein beschikt over een ruim erf dat uitnodigt tot ontspanning in de natuurlijke omgeving, met groen en open ruimtes die een vredige sfeer creëren. De ligging biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot de kustlijn en het bekende stadje Castiglione della Pescaia.
Buitenruimtes
Het buitenterrein wordt gekenmerkt door natuurlijke charme, met volwassen bomen en open weiden die schaduw en privacy bieden. Het erf biedt voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen in een rustige omgeving; wandelpaden beginnen op slechts 50 meter van het appartement. Het complex is beveiligd met elektrische poorten. Een klein zandstrand is bereikbaar binnen 500 meter, terwijl de zee zich op slechts 300 meter afstand bevindt.

Borgo la Civitella is een rustiek en historisch landhuis uit de 13de eeuw, gelegen op een afgelegen en zonnige plek tussen bomen en velden in Roccastrada, Italië. Het complex bestaat uit acht appartementen, elk met eigen karakter, en biedt gasten een rustig verblijf op een verhoogde locatie met uitzicht op het omringende Toscaanse landschap. Het ligt op slechts 3,3 km van het centrum van Roccastrada, wat het een goed uitgangspunt maakt voor het verkennen van de regio. De uitgebreide tuin rond het pand biedt een genereuze buitenomgeving.

Het zwembad meet 9 x 4 meter met een diepte van 120 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 juni tot 30 september. Een buitendouche is aanwezig en een barbecueplaats biedt de mogelijkheid voor buitendinen.

The guest will be able to privately enjoy: a 180 m2 fenced terraced garden, a swimming pool (4x2 m, depth 120 cm, open from May 1st to September 30), shower and toilet in the pool area, a 60 m2 patio , a pergola, garden furniture and barbecue, and a public parking on the street.
In the town nearby (Bagni di Lucca, 6 km distant, about 15 min by car) there are: a grocery store, supermarket, bar and restaurant 6 km away; the sandy beach "Versilia" 50km distant, the thermal pools in Bagni di Lucca 6km away. Calanchi Residence is a small tourist complex with a large garden, a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pool for children and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany: halfway between the legendary towers of San Gimignano and the medieval charm of Certaldo, yet not too far from the art cities of Florence (59 km), Pisa (57 km), Siena (65 km), and Volterra (33 km).
For this reason Calanchi Residence is perfect as a base for various excursions in Tuscany, all reachable in about 1 hour by car.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a covered outdoor area.
The apartments offer 3 to 5 beds, two bathrooms, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed (on request), well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fridge, freeezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, WI-FI, mosquito nets, air conditioning.
Three apartments have a private fenced garden, ideal for those travelling with 4-legged friends.
8 apartments are ground floor + basement.
7 apartments are 1° floor + attic.
