This property exceeded our expectations in every way. EasyReserve was very responsive in answering our questions promptly. The property owner was warm, wonderful, and accommodating. If you want a quiet setting with spectacular views this is for you. Plentiful roses were in bloom, which made the setting even more beautiful. The villa is about 25 minutes to Lucca or the highway but for us it was not a problem. The villa is surrounded by lovely olive groves. We felt like we were living in a Tuscan postcard or painting. Just down the road is Tenuta San Peitro, a Relais du Silence. They prepared a dinner for nine of us to celebrate the 70th birthday of one of our party. The food and service were excellent. If you stay at A Colli you must have dinner there at least once. Be sure to get a detailed map of the area as driving is a bit tricky and you can easily get lost, which is not a bad thing actually!

The place was fantastic & the owners very, very nice. Highly recommend this for a central location. Be aware that a car rental is an absolute in order to get around since this is in a remote location but well worth the peace & quiet.

The apartment was better than expected based on website information. We were treated very well by the owners and appreciated their service and interest in us.
Driving to this property is very challenging as it is in a 'no car' zone. The directions I received on the booking form were inadequate and some of the information no longer applies. Please revise this part of the info package.

We stayed at the Agriturismo San Clemente in Panzano for two weeks. This is a great location for taking day trips around central Italy (Florence, Tuscany, Umbria) such as Assisi, Cortona, Volterra, San Gimignano, and Siena among others. The scenery is breathtaking no matter where you go. We were lucky to be there during the poppy and iris season.
Olive groves and vineyards surround this serene and peaceful property and can be seen from every window in the apartment. The one-bedroom apartment was extremely clean, very well furnished, with an up-to-date kitchen with dishwasher, full refrigerator, and stove top. There was always hot water for a shower and WIFI worked perfectly every day that we were there.
The owner, Alberto Guri, was very friendly, made us espresso when we arrived, and offered advice on which areas to visit. He also brought flowers on a number of occasions which were very much appreciated. Although. Alberto speaks little English he uses his computer for translation. He also helped us with our pronunciation of Italian. I certainly miss seeing and talking with him every morning.
The village of Panzano is a few minutes away by car. There are some excellent restaurants there and an outdoor market every Sunday morning where you can buy all your extremely fresh vegetables, fruit, bread, cheese and meat. There is also a Co-op grocery store minutes away from the apartment. There is also, an outdoor market in Greve every Saturday which is approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car – great restaurants and shopping there as well.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr idyllisch und bietet alles was man so braucht. Allerdings ist der Vermittler EasyReserve sehr ungenau mit seinen Aussagen was den Anfahrtsweg betrifft. Ich hatte diesbezüglich extra angefragt, ob der Weg Sportwagen-tauglich ist, doch leider mussten wir dann feststellen dass entgegen der Behauptung von EasyReserve der Weg ein Feldweg war und ich mir das Fzg noch beschädigte. Leider kam auch auf eine Mail an Easy Reserve bezüglich dieses Vorfalls keine Antwort zurück. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, können aber leider nur englisch.
