Residence "Casette di Michele" ligt in San Baronto, een gerenommeerd woongebied in de Lamporecchio-regio van Italië, bekend om zijn elegante landhuizen. De accommodatie bestaat uit 8 zelfstandige vakantieappartementen op een volledig omheind terrein van 1.300 m2, gelegen op 348 meter hoogte. Het dorp biedt een rustige, schilderachtige omgeving met winkels en supermarkten op slechts 500 meter afstand. De vakantieappartementen beschikken over een goed onderhouden tuin, een terrастuin met oude bomen en een zwembad.
Buitenruimtes
De terrастuin is voorzien van volwassen bomen die een schaduwrijke en rustgevende sfeer creëren. Het zwembad meet 12 x 5 meter met een diepte van 140 tot 160 cm en is beschikbaar van 6 mei tot 23 september. Bij het zwembad bevinden zich een toilet en een buitendouche. Een gedeelde wasmachine is beschikbaar voor gasten.
Praktische informatie
De accommodatie beschikt over verwarming van 1 november tot 7 april. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Er is een parkeerplaats ter plaatse.

Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
Our collaboration with this placa was born to promote a network of local chefs, farmers, winemakers, guides, and hospitality professionals — all working together to create meaningful moments that we hope will make your stay one to remember.

Simona, the soul of this place, will welcome you into her world: her home, her kitchen, around her table, or walking through the vegetable garden — the orto. On the plate, a cuisine that arises spontaneously: the garden decides the menu, and we simply follow its lead.

Pagliazzone is a cottage with private and fenced garden and is located in the hills of the Val d'Ambra, dominated by the ancient ruins of the Cennina Castle and immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. A short walk will take you to the characteristic village of Bucine. When you feel like leaving the swimming pool and the peace of the garden for a while, the small, typical villages of the Val d'Ambra and Chianti are easy and quick to reach, and Arezzo, Florence and Siena are excellent day trips.
The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...
The typical Tuscan furnishings, with their rustic charm, together with good equipment complete the whole. The cottage is particularly suitable for couples.
