Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Le Mura is een werkende landgoed in het hart van Toscane, gelegen op een heuvel binnen de driehoek Florence, Siena en Arezzo. Het gerenoveerde landhuis omvat 8 hectare omheinde gronden en wordt omgeven door wijngaarden, olijfgaarden en het karakteristieke Toscaanse landschap. Het landgoed ligt slechts 3 kilometer van het centrum van Bucine en produceert eigen olijfolie en DOCG Chianti-wijn; gasten kunnen deelnemen aan de druiven- en olijfoogsten in respectievelijk september en november. Het terrein wordt omgeven door bomen en open velden, wat een rustige en afgelegen sfeer creëert die verbonden is met het ritme van het plattelandsleven in Italië.
Buitenruimtes
De 8 hectare omheinde gronden omvatten werkende wijngaarden en olijfgaarden die gasten kunnen verkennen. Het gedeelde zwembad is voorzien van een interne trap en is beschikbaar van 20 mei tot 30 september; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. Een speciaal zonneterras biedt een ideale plek voor zonnebaden met uitzicht over het omringende landschap. Een speelplaats voor kinderen is uitgerust met een glijbaan en een schommel.
Praktische informatie
Het landgoed beschikt over een centrale verwarming die alleen van 1 november tot 15 april in bedrijf is; buiten deze periode worden kosten rechtstreeks ter plaatse berekend. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar op het gehele landgoed. Een wasmachine staat ter beschikking van gasten tegen meerprijs. Linnenwissels kunnen tegen meerprijs worden geregeld; kamerschoonmaak en volledige huishoudelijke diensten zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar. Het landgoed beschikt over een restaurant ter plaatse. De eigenaar kan gasten helpen bij het organiseren van culturele excursies in de omgeving op aanvraag. Het landgoed is geschikt voor het organiseren van evenementen.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
Het centrum van Bucine, waar alle essentiële diensten beschikbaar zijn, ligt op 3 kilometer van het landgoed. De Spaccio Prada outlet bevindt zich eveneens op 3 kilometer. Arezzo, bekend om zijn middeleeuwse architectuur en levendige kunstscène, ligt op 25 kilometer; Siena, beroemd om zijn kathedraal en de Palio-paardenrace, bevindt zich op 35 kilometer. There are tastings at good prices in the town's countless ancient cellars, often carved into the rock, and absolutely worth visiting.
The villa has a large enclosed and well-equipped garden area. The gazebo with curtains to ensure shade and coolness, the garden furniture, the barbecue and the wood-burning oven will sound like an invitation to spend quality time with your family. During dinners and barbecues, obviously accompanied by a bottle of Nobile di Montepulciano wine.
The garden and the private swimming pool, also fenced (size 6x12 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), will be the place for endless games with your children and also with your pets, small size dogs are welcome.
Podere San Bono has a rustic charm, there is something special about this lovely villa, a warm atmosphere which will remain in your heart. Even the equipment and interior finishes are of a good standard to guarantee a totally relaxing holiday. Pagliazzone is a cottage with private and fenced garden and is located in the hills of the Val d'Ambra, dominated by the ancient ruins of the Cennina Castle and immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. A short walk will take you to the characteristic village of Bucine. When you feel like leaving the swimming pool and the peace of the garden for a while, the small, typical villages of the Val d'Ambra and Chianti are easy and quick to reach, and Arezzo, Florence and Siena are excellent day trips.
The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...
