Het landelijk huis "Francigena" ligt in het rustige Toscaanse platteland van Castelfiorentino, Italië, en biedt een uitzonderlijke vakantieervaring voor gezinnen en grote groepen die rust en natuurlijke schoonheid zoeken. Het pand omvat meer dan 20.000 m² en bestaat uit 9 volledig ingerichte appartementen, wat ruimte en privacy voor elke gast biedt. Het huis wordt omgeven door weelderige bomen en open velden en vormt een idyllische setting voor buitenontspanning.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 15 x 9 meter met een diepte van 100 tot 140 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 april tot 31 oktober; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. De tuinen strekken zich uit over het uitgebreide terrein en zijn voorzien van comfortabel tuinmeubilair. Een barbecueplaats nodigt uit tot buitendinen terwijl men geniet van het vredige Toscaanse landschap. De accommodatie beschikt over Wi-Fi-verbinding. Een wasmachine en droger zijn beschikbaar voor gedeeld gebruik tegen meerprijs. Er is overdekte parkeerplaats ter plaatse voor maximaal 12 auto's. Superb holiday home on the hills of Versilia, Bargecchia, in the municipality of Massarosa near Lake Massaciuccoli and the sea.
The house is located in a green and very quiet are where relaxation is guaranteed in its private garden of 1200sqm with views of the surrounding hills.
It is located less than 11km from the beaches of Viareggio and is therefore an ideal starting point for a beach holiday, but also to visit all of the most beautiful cities like Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa, Florence and also Siena.
A few minutes walk from the house and you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Access to the property is via an automatic gate and a pedestrian gate.
Within 3 parking spaces. The whole garden is fenced and illuminated by lights that are activated by remote control.
From the parking a small 30 meters path leads to the main house, typical rustic with stones.
In front it has a space with table and chairs surrounded by two olive trees that give shade in summer.
On the back instead there is a barbecue and a wood oven.
The large garden is laid out in terraces with olive trees, flowers and plants of various kinds.
On the highest terrace is a small dependence with outdoor gazebo where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.

Ground floor: living room with sitting area with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV and wireless internet, a dining area with seating for 6 persons.
