You will find La Casina del Bosco in an extremely panoramic position, nestled among silver olive trees in the beautiful, green Alpe di Catenaia. The little house is located not far from the mountain pass that joins the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina and will allow you easy day trips in both valleys, in search of monasteries and castles and small, ancient villages carved in stone and unknown to most people. The splendid view that you will see every morning from your windows overlooks the surrounding luxuriant woods, thickets of ancient chestnut and oak trees, where wildlife still reigns supreme. All this makes the place extremely peaceful and almost enchanted.
The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. About 8 km away is Subbiano, an industrious village with supermarkets, restaurants and shops of all kinds, whose origins can be traced back to Roman times. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.
18 km away is the ancient city of Arezzo, to which we recommend you dedicate at least one day, strolling through its paved alleys and beautiful squares.
The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.
For your days of complete relaxation, there is a panoramic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees ( size m. 6 x 2.70, depth m. 1.30 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a hydro-massage tub (5 seats, size m. 2.20 x 2.20 - available with extra charge), a pergola furnished with table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the open air, a barbecue and a fully equipped garden. The outdoor area (approx. 1200 sqm) is fully fenced and your small four-legged friends are very welcome. You will find the house decorated with antique furniture that perfectly matches its features, giving it a cosy and warm atmosphere.

You won't be able to give up a dip in the pool, a barbecue on the cool furnished porch or an afternoon in the Jacuzzi with a good glass of wine. 3 km away from the villa is the small village of Subbiano, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely not to be missed, on hot summer days, is a trip to the nearby Park of the Casentino Forests, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.
The villa Casale Lorenzo is luxuriously equipped with air-conditioning, a billiard room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and an indoor barbecue. A décor composed of local antiques offers countless nooks and crannies for you to relax while reading your favourite book. Mooi klein vrijstaand huis liggend in een rustige en panoramische positie in de heuvels rond de stad Arezzo. Het huis is recent gerestaureerd( Maart 2012) en heeft een uitnodigende en romantische sfeer en is comfortabel gemeubileerd. De eigenaar woont in de villa naast het kleine huis op circa 10 meter afstand. Buiten kunnen de gasten relaxen in de goed onderhouden tuin met een mooi zwembad en een tennisbaan.
Afstanden: Antria met winkels op 2 km. Arezzo met allerlei winkels en een treinstation op 12 km, de charmante stad Cortona ligt op 40 km, Florence op 70 km, Rome op 150 km.

Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Casolare Bretulla is een landelijk vakantiehuis gelegen in het hart van de Toscaanse platteland in Montespertoli, Italië, omgeven door velden en bomen. Het pand bestaat uit 3 afzonderlijke vakantieappartementen, elk met een eigen karakter en inrichting. Het geheel ligt op een volledig omheind terrein van 10.000 vierkante meter, wat volledige privacy garandeert. De ligging combineert de rust van het platteland met de nabijheid van dorpen en culturele bestemmingen in de regio.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 12 x 6 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 10 mei tot 5 oktober; het wordt onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman. Rond het zwembad zijn ligbedden geplaatst en een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. Het terrein beschikt over een barbecueplaats met een barbecuehuis voor buitendinen. De tuin is voorzien van diverse planten en bomen; een open weiland biedt ruime ruimte voor ontspanning en recreatieve activiteiten.
Praktische informatie
De accommodatie beschikt over een wasmachine voor gedeeld gebruik tegen meerprijs. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Een overdekte parkeerplaats ter plaatse biedt beschutte parkeergelegenheid. Het terrein is beveiligd met elektrische poorten. De eigenaar woont op het terrein en houdt een hond. Baby-uitrusting is aanwezig voor jonge gasten. Groepen tieners worden alleen op aanvraag geaccepteerd. De toegangsweg is 1,2 km lang en onverhard; gasten dienen hier rekening mee te houden bij aankomst.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
