Het huis, met in totaal 4 appartementen, is uniek en hoog gelegen met een schitterend uitzicht tot aan de stad Siena en tot aan de Monte Amiata. De inrichting is eenvoudig maar comfortabel, in landelijke Toscaanse stijl.

The external dining area, positioned between the dining room and the private annex reserved for the exclusive use of the property, is shaded by a natural reed canopy in compliance with the landscape constraints of the area and is served by a barbecue. Located just a few metres from the kitchen and adjacent to the stone paving that leads to the swimming pool, this al fresco dining space is perfectly suited for long, convivial meals in the open air. One of the ground floor bedrooms opens directly onto a pergola facing the pool, where an outdoor sitting area invites guests to enjoy relaxing aperitifs with the Tuscan hills as a magnificent backdrop. The property is accessed via a wooden pedestrian gate with manual opening, and the 4-car open-air parking area is situated just outside the property boundary. The laundry room is located next to the parking area, accessible from the outside. In the downsloping part of the estate, young olive trees that have recently been planted, the vineyard, and hints of woodland typical of the hilly Tuscan landscape complete the picture. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen, featuring a Dekton countertop, an induction hob, an American fridge, a fully-equipped central island, an XL electric oven, and a large dishwasher, has a direct exit to the garden and is connected down 2 steps to the dining room, which in turn has a direct exit to the external dining area. Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. Small clusters, more or less known, in the middle of the countryside or the green woods, where you can discover the region, the most authentic one.

Casalta bestaat uit 4 appartementen met een gemeenschappelijk zwembad en ligt op slechts 30 km van Florence. Het is omgeven door bossen en olijfgaarden. Binnen zijn de appartementen ingericht in rustieke stijl, in perfecte harmonie met de omgeving. Casalta biedt zijn gasten een prachtig zwembad, een grote tuin en een BBQ ruimte. Prachtig boerenbedrijf met 9 appartementen die rustig zijn gelegen in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van de Middeleeuwse stad San Gimignano. Vanuit dit huis geniet men van een panoramisch uitzicht over de omliggende wijngaarden en olijfgaarden en naar de stad San Gimignano op de achtergrond. Het landgoed heeft 2 gerestaureerde boerenhuizen, een hoofdverblijf dat af en toe wordt bewoond door de eigenaren, en een mooi gemeenschappelijk zwembad ( ca. 100 m. van de appartementen Vittoriana 1, 2 en 150 m. van Vittoriana 3).
