Buitenruimtes
De omheinde tuin strekt zich uit over 1 hectare goed onderhouden grond en biedt ruime ruimte voor ontspanning en buitenactiviteiten. Het omheinde zwembad meet 15 x 3 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 15 oktober; het wordt regelmatig onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman.
