The villa has a private fenced garden which surround the entire property, the villa owner also produce wine and can organize tasting at the property or to the wineries with the visit of the fields. The garden features a magnificent private swimming pool of 12x6 mt. depth 1.40 to 2.00 mt. (pool can be heated upon request) equipped with elegant sun beds umbrella and gazebo, there is also a playground for children. Villa Monterchi is een historisch paleis aan de grens tussen Toscane en Umbrië, gelegen in Monterchi. Het gebouw is volledig gerestaureerd en combineert eeuwenlange erfenis met verfijnde elegantie, waarbij originele architectonische details zorgvuldig zijn behouden en aangevuld met luxe inrichting. De villa ligt binnen een privépark van meer dan 25 hectare met weelderige begroeiing, omgeven door de rollende heuvels van Toscane en Umbrië.

Het privépark van meer dan 25 hectare is rijkelijk beplant met eiken, pijnbomen en cipressen; een fraai onderhouden rozentuin omlijst het pand en biedt spectaculaire panoramische uitzichten over de heuvels van Toscane en Umbrië. Het privézwembad meet 12 x 5 meter en is gelegen op een vooraanzicht met panoramisch uitzicht, volledig uitgerust met ligbedden en parasols. Naast het zwembad staat een houten gazebo met een Jacuzzi-bad, beschikbaar op aanvraag. Villa Ghirlanda is a beautiful large property in the Tuscany countryside fantastic location for people who loves either the county than the sea as this amazing property is a short drive away from some of most wonderful Tuscan cities like Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca and also short distance to the beautiful coast line on Tuscany.
The villa has a large private garden which surrounds the entire property and thank to its position on top of a little hill, it offers some magnificent views of the Etruscan land.
The garden features a wonderful private swimming pool (which can be heated upon request) 10x5 mt. depth 1.50; the pool is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and a covered patio for the shade.
Next to the building there are two covered areas both with table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals also thanks to the built in Barbecue.
Villa Ghirlanda is a traditional Tuscan building with the characteristic stones, the interiors are made of arches and cotto floors, elegantly furnished in order to offer a pleasant and warm stay, the house develop in two floors and features:
Ground floor: two living areas with sofas satellite TV, two very well-equipped kitchens, dining rooms with fireplace, a service bathroom and two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower; both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area.
First floor: seven double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, one of the bedroom has a lounge on which is possible to add two additional beds.
Every bedroom has air conditioning, there is internet wifi in the entire home. Dishwasher washing machine; ping pong table, pizza oven, large parking space.

Please note that the property is not really recommended for elderly or very young child due to the different levels and steps that the house have inside and outside
The private outdoor area covers over 250 square meters made of garden and terraces, which includes a private swimming pool of 4x8 mt. depth 1.20 mt all around, which is heated at 28° and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, the garden is full of flowers of lavanda, lemon trees roses and orange trees.
