Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Het agrarische landgoed "Allodola" ligt in het hart van het Toscaanse platteland in de wijk Scopeti, op slechts 2 km van het centrum van Rufina. Het landgoed is gelegen op een heuvel en omgeven door een uitgestrekt natuurgebied van 60.000 m² met velden en boomgaarden. Het bezit een fraai onderhouden terrassentuin met fruitbomen. Het landgoed is een actief werkend agrarisch bedrijf waar dieren worden gehouden en lokale landbouwproducten worden verkocht; gasten kunnen ter plaatse geteelde producten ontdekken en genieten. De eigenaar woont op het landgoed en maakt gebruik van enkele kamers binnen het pand.
Buitenruimtes
De terrassentuin is verrijkt met fruitbomen en een boomgaard en vormt een weelderige en rustige omgeving. Het omheinde zwembad meet 12 x 5 meter met een diepte van 110 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 15 oktober; het is voorzien van een schuifdeksel en een buitendouche. Een privéterras is ingericht met tuinmeubilair en een barbecueplaats en biedt uitzicht op het omringende platteland. Een tennisbaan staat ter beschikking van gasten. De toegang tot het landgoed verloopt via een steile weg van 400 meter.

Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden

Poggio a Vico is een charmant stenen landhuis in het hart van Toscane, gelegen op 350 meter hoogte, 3 km van de stad Rufina, omgeven door weelderige bomen en open weiden. Het gerenoveerde pand biedt een authentieke Toscaanse ervaring en ligt op een zonnige heuvel met panoramisch uitzicht over het omringende landschap. Het landgoed omvat in totaal 5 appartementen, waarvan 2 voor gasten beschikbaar zijn en 3 gereserveerd voor de eigenaren.
Buitenruimtes
Het buitenterrein omvat een park van 3 hectare. De omheinde tuin van 1 hectare biedt een afgescheiden en rustige buitenruimte. Het zwembad meet 6 x 12 meter met een diepte van 100 tot 200 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 23 september. Een terras biedt uitzicht op de Toscaanse heuvels en valleien; een barbecue is aanwezig voor buitendinen.
Praktische informatie
De accommodatie is bereikbaar via een onverharde weg van 1 km. Parkeerplaats ter plaatse is beschikbaar. Verwarming is aanwezig van 1 november tot 7 april. Wi-Fi is inbegrepen en beschikbaar in het gehele pand. De eigenaar woont op het terrein.

Rufina ligt op 3 km. Florence bevindt zich op 28 km en biedt musea, galerijen en historische pleinen. Een meer is bereikbaar op 39 km. You will find La Casina del Bosco in an extremely panoramic position, nestled among silver olive trees in the beautiful, green Alpe di Catenaia. The little house is located not far from the mountain pass that joins the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina and will allow you easy day trips in both valleys, in search of monasteries and castles and small, ancient villages carved in stone and unknown to most people. The splendid view that you will see every morning from your windows overlooks the surrounding luxuriant woods, thickets of ancient chestnut and oak trees, where wildlife still reigns supreme. All this makes the place extremely peaceful and almost enchanted.
The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. About 8 km away is Subbiano, an industrious village with supermarkets, restaurants and shops of all kinds, whose origins can be traced back to Roman times. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.
18 km away is the ancient city of Arezzo, to which we recommend you dedicate at least one day, strolling through its paved alleys and beautiful squares.
The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.
For your days of complete relaxation, there is a panoramic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees ( size m. 6 x 2.70, depth m. 1.30 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a hydro-massage tub (5 seats, size m. 2.20 x 2.20 - available with extra charge), a pergola furnished with table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the open air, a barbecue and a fully equipped garden. The outdoor area (approx. 1200 sqm) is fully fenced and your small four-legged friends are very welcome. You will find the house decorated with antique furniture that perfectly matches its features, giving it a cosy and warm atmosphere.

3 km away from the villa is the small village of Subbiano, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely not to be missed, on hot summer days, is a trip to the nearby Park of the Casentino Forests, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.
The villa Casale Lorenzo is luxuriously equipped with air-conditioning, a billiard room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and an indoor barbecue. A décor composed of local antiques offers countless nooks and crannies for you to relax while reading your favourite book. For you and your children, there is an infinite, safe green space and a billiard table where you can play tournaments and games.
