Villa Colle Mediceo is een grote villa in het landelijke Toscaanse gebied van Capraia E Limite, gelegen in het district Fornia op ongeveer 5 km van het centrum van Carmignano. Het gebouw dateert uit 1500 en werd in 1996 grondig gerenoveerd, waarbij de historische charme behouden bleef en moderne voorzieningen werden toegevoegd. De villa staat op 400 meter hoogte en is gebouwd over 2 verdiepingen, omgeven door bomen, velden en wijngaarden in een rustige en zonnige positie. Het eigendom omvat een privéterrein van 3 hectare, volledig omheind voor maximale privacy.

Montereggi is een historische werkende boerderij uit 1600, gelegen op een rustige heuvel in het hart van het Toscaanse platteland in Capraia E Limite, Italië. Het landgoed beslaat 100 hectare landelijk gebied en omvat 12 afzonderlijke vakantieappartementen. De boerderij wordt omgeven door adembenemend natuurschoon en biedt een ruim terrein waar gasten zich kunnen onderdompelen in de serene omgeving. Het is een ideaal toevluchtsoord voor wie rust zoekt, weg van het moderne stadsleven.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 18 x 8 meter met een diepte van 100 tot 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 4 mei tot 28 september; het wordt gedeeld door gasten van het complex. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. De tuinen zijn voorzien van gedeeld tuinmeubilair dat comfortabele ruimtes biedt om te ontspannen en uit te kijken over het panoramische plattelandslandschap. Villa Leonardo da Fornia is een groot en uitnodigend vrijstaand huis gelegen in het landelijke gebied van Capraia E Limite in Toscane, op een hoogte van 400 meter boven zeeniveau. Het huis werd oorspronkelijk in 1950 gebouwd en grondig gerenoveerd in 2000, waardoor klassieke kenmerken met moderne comfort zijn gecombineerd. De villa ligt omgeven door bomen en wijngaarden in het rustige district Fornia, ongeveer 5 km van het centrum van Fornia, en geniet van een stille en zonnige ligging. The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. You will feel as if catapulted into another century, in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.
The town of Monte San Savino with its shops, supermarkets and services of all kinds is about 10 km away. The town also offers typical restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Chianina beef, Tuscan red wines and also excellent pizzas.
The property is divided into two stone buildings, which in turn are divided into four independent apartments. Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the house where the owners live are in the first farmhouse, and Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina are in the second farmhouse. Each apartment has an independent entrance and will have a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
The owners, after a careful study of the origins and traditions of the place, have decided to keep the original core of the hamlet unaltered, enriching it with sober and essential finishes and furnishings, which will give you the opportunity to experience a holiday in contact with nature and the country lifestyle, together with the comforts of modern life.
The Agriturismo is located in an extremely scenic area, the view you will enjoy from your windows will remain etched in your memories for many years to come.
