Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Het vakantiehuis "Matteo" ligt in de heuvels van Marliana in Toscane, op 469 meter hoogte. Dit gerenoveerde huis uit 2018 is omgeven door bomen en geniet van een rustige, zonnige en verhoogde ligging die privacy en een prachtig natuurlijk landschap biedt. De gedeelde tuin van 150 vierkante meter is volledig omheind en voorzien van diverse planten en bloemen.
Buitenruimtes
De gedeelde tuin van 150 vierkante meter is omheind en voorzien van bloemen en groen. Het zoutwaterzwembad meet 7 x 5 meter en is beschikbaar van 1 april tot 15 oktober. Tuinmeubilair is aanwezig, zodat gasten kunnen dineren en ontspannen in de groene omgeving. De verhoogde ligging van het huis zorgt ervoor dat de buitenruimtes gedurende de dag volop zonlicht ontvangen.
Praktische informatie
Het vakantiehuis is voorzien van Wi-Fi. Verwarming is beschikbaar van 15 november tot 15 april als standaardservice; van 16 april tot 14 november is verwarming tegen meerprijs beschikbaar en dient ter plaatse te worden betaald. Openbare parkeerplaatsen bevinden zich op 50 meter van het huis langs de weg. Babyuitrusting is inbegrepen in de huur. Groepen tieners worden alleen op aanvraag en na voorafgaande afspraak met het huis geaccepteerd.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
Een supermarkt bevindt zich op 100 meter van het huis; een bar en een bushalte liggen eveneens op 100 meter. Een restaurant is bereikbaar op 1,5 kilometer en een supermarkt op 10 kilometer. Het dichtstbijzijnde station ligt op 15 kilometer. Wandelpaden beginnen direct bij het huis en strekken zich uit over 5 kilometer door het omliggende platteland. Montecatini Terme, een gerenommeerd kuuroord met thermale baden en wellnessfaciliteiten, ligt op 15 kilometer. Florence is bereikbaar op 55 kilometer en Pistoia op 20 kilometer. A few kilometers from Bocca di Magra, on the border between Tuscany and Liguria, is the vacation home “La Sevillana”. Single villa of about 80sqm with 5 beds, private pool and private garden.
From here you can visit the best places in the area, such as the Cinque Terre, Versilia with Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca - or make wonderful excursions to Lunigiana. But Portovenere or Lerici are also a short distance away. You can explore Liguria, as well as northern Tuscany.
This vacation home in Liguria is located at the end of a private road, which is partly unpaved and not suitable for cars that are too low and/or inexperienced drivers. Once you arrive at your destination, walk down the access road to the automatic gate.
Immediately beyond it you are presented within the private garden, two covered parking spaces.
