Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Villa "La Rosa" is een halfvrijstaande villa in het schilderachtige Toscaanse landschap van Montelupo Fiorentino, Italië, gelegen op 250 meter hoogte. Het pand, gebouwd in 2005, ligt op een zonnige helling omgeven door bomen, weiden en wijngaarden. De villa is beschikbaar in twee configuraties: één voor 13 personen (ref. IT5492.901.1) en één voor 17 personen (ref. IT5492.900.3). Het omvat een privétuin van 2.000 vierkante meter met terrassen en omheining.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 12 x 6 meter met een diepte van 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 4 mei tot 21 september, dagelijks geopend van 10:00 tot 19:00 uur. Het zwembadgebied is uitgerust met tuinmeubilair, een barbecue, een buitendouche, een tafeltennistafel en een basketbalhoop. De terrassen tuin strekt zich uit over 2.000 vierkante meter volledig omheind privéterrein, omgeven door wijngaarden, weiden en bomen.
Praktische informatie
De villa beschikt over verwarming van 1 november tot 15 april. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het gehele pand. Parkeerplaatsen zijn ter plaatse aanwezig; er is ook een laadstation voor elektrische voertuigen beschikbaar. Elke volwassen gast ontvangt gratis één zwemhanddoek tijdens het verblijf.

Een winkel en een kruidenierswinkel bevinden zich op 1 kilometer van de villa; een supermarkt ligt op 1,8 kilometer. Het station Montelupo Fiorentino bevindt zich op 2 kilometer; het centrum van Montelupo Fiorentino ligt eveneens op 2 kilometer. Florence is bereikbaar op ongeveer 22 kilometer. This holiday villa with private swimming pool in Versilia can be reached via a hill road, with curves, sometimes even narrow. The last 300 meters are narrow and steep and not suitable for drivers who are too fearful. The last 100 meters to the private parking (2 spaces) are unpaved.
Near Villa Corsanico there is a small grocery store and a bar. For all other purchases it is necessary to go down the valley (5km). The sea and the beaches of Viareggio are 11km away.

Calanchi Residence is a small tourist complex with a large garden, a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pool for children and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany: halfway between the legendary towers of San Gimignano and the medieval charm of Certaldo, yet not too far from the art cities of Florence (59 km), Pisa (57 km), Siena (65 km), and Volterra (33 km).
For this reason Calanchi Residence is perfect as a base for various excursions in Tuscany, all reachable in about 1 hour by car.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a covered outdoor area.
The apartments offer 3 to 5 beds, two bathrooms, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed (on request), well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fridge, freeezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, WI-FI, mosquito nets, air conditioning.
Three apartments have a private fenced garden, ideal for those travelling with 4-legged friends.
