Villa "Zen" ligt in het hart van het Toscaanse platteland bij Castiglion Fiorentino, Italië. Het is een volledig gerenoveerde, vrijstaande villa die op een heuvel op 350 meter hoogte is gelegen en omgeven wordt door bomen, open velden en olijfgaarden met adembenemend uitzicht. De villa is volledig omheind, wat volledige privacy garandeert, en beschikt over een uitgestrekte privétuin waar gasten kunnen ontspannen en genieten van het Toscaanse landschap.
Buitenruimtes
De privétuin is omsloten door hekwerk en biedt een rustige plek te midden van weelderig groen en open landschap. Het zwembad meet 12 x 7 meter met een diepte van 140 centimeter en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 15 oktober; het is niet verwarmd. De zwembadzone is voorzien van tuinmeubilair, geschikt voor zonnebaden en ontspanning, en een buitendouche. Een barbecueplaats is aanwezig op het terrein.

De villa wordt bereikt via een onverharde weg, een bergweg en een oprit; een auto wordt sterk aanbevolen voor comfortabel en praktisch gebruik. Er is een wasmachine beschikbaar voor gasten. Il Casellino is een groot werkend agrarisch bedrijf in het glooiende Toscaanse landschap, gelegen op 460 meter hoogte, op slechts 5 km van het charmante stadje Loro Ciuffenna. Het bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw en een bijgebouw met in totaal 4 appartementen die landelijke authenticiteit combineren met comfortabel wonen. Het ligt verscholen in een rustige, afgezonderde positie omgeven door weelderige bomen en biedt gasten een ideaal toevluchtsoord voor rust en privacy in het hart van Toscane.
Buitenruimtes
Het niervormige zwembad meet 8 x 4 meter en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 25 september. De uitgestrekte, onbegrensde tuin is voorzien van weelderige gazons en volwassen bomen die een natuurlijk beschutte en vredige omgeving creëren. Een buitendouche staat ter beschikking voor gedeeld gebruik; een barbecueplaats is eveneens beschikbaar op gedeelde basis voor buitendinen. Wandelpaden zijn direct vanaf het terrein toegankelijk, met het dichtstbijzijnde pad op slechts 50 meter afstand.

Il Casellino wordt bereikt via een 600 meter lange steile en smalle weg; een auto wordt aanbevolen voor het verkennen van de omgeving en het bereiken van nabijgelegen dorpen en voorzieningen. Parkeerplaatsen zijn ter plaatse beschikbaar met een overdekt gebied voor voertuigen. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar op het terrein. Een wasmachine staat ter beschikking voor gedeeld gebruik tegen meerprijs. Palazzo Rosadi is een prachtig gerestaureerd historisch herenhuis uit 1785 dat al meer dan 200 jaar in het bezit is van de familie Rosadi. Het is een luxueus landhuis gelegen op een prachtige plek in de buurt van het dorpje Monterchi (vlakbij Arezzo) met 6 slaapkamers, 7 badkamers, tuin, een zwembad (open van 1 mei tot 30 september, 12x6 m) dat door de zon verwarmd wordt en met een schitterend uitzicht. Voor de kinderen is er tafeltennis. Naast het zwembad ligt een verwarmde jacuzzi (geopend van april tot oktober).
Palazzo Rosadi was 200 jaar lang het huis van een boerenfamilie. Een van de charmes van een vakantie in Toscane is dat de meeste huizen een lange en interessante geschiedenis hebben.
In 1889 kwam Francesco Rosadi met zijn familie in Ripoli wonen. Hij had een aantal landgoederen in de streek gekocht en Palazzo Rosadi was goed en centraal gelegen om vanuit daar alle andere boerderijen te beheren.
Al in 1902 werd Palazzo Rosadi uitgebreid aangezien de familie inmiddels gegroeid was. Hiervoor werd gebruik gemaakt van de diensten van een plaatselijke artiest, ene Giangio uit Monterchi. Hij decoreerde het grootste gedeelte van de slaapkamers en de gangen.
Tijdens de tweede wereldoorlog werd het huis gebruikt als schuilplaats voor de inwoners van Ripoli tijdens een bombardement door de Duitse troepen dat 2 weken duurde.
In meer recente tijden werd het huis gebruikt als familiehuis en vanuit hier werd het omliggende land beheerd voor de landbouw.
Vanaf het jaar 2000 is de familie Rosadi actief in het toerisme en hebben vele bezoekers uit de hele wereld hebben interessante en ontspannende vakanties doorgebracht in de villa.
Begrasde paden door mooie bossen en het grote privé park (van 25 hectaren) dat om het huis heen ligt nodigen u uit tot ontspannende wandelingen of joggen.
Het uitzicht is werkelijk schitterend, over kleine dorpen en stadjes op heuveltoppen met de Apennijnen op de achtergrond.
De zeer goed verzorgde tuin ligt op 3 niveaus met het zwembad op het niveau onder het huis. Vanaf het geplaveide terras om het zwembad kan men genieten van een magnifiek uitzicht.
Een voormalige stenen schuur is gerestaureerd en omgevormd tot een groot kleedhok met douche en WC voor bij het zwembad.
Palazzo Rosadi is een luxueuze villa van hoog niveau zowel wat betreft de accommodatie als ook de faciliteiten. De villa wordt direct beheerd door de eigenaren en in het geval van problemen zijn zij in 20 minuten bij de gasten. Zij heten u persoonlijk welkom, laten u het huis zien en helpen u verder met alles dat u nodig heeft. Het verschil tussen een huis dat direct door de eigenaren beheerd wordt en een huis dat beheerd wordt door iemand die in een ander land woont is enorm: Heeft u ooit na een lange reis een miezerig welkompakket aangetroffen ? Of een huis dat maar half schoon is ? Een slecht schoongemaakt zwembad? De meeste gasten van Palazzo Rosadi zijn gasten die elk jaar terugkomen ! Uw vakantie is onze eerste prioriteit.

Arcobaleno is a traditional stone house in a hilly and panoramic position with the typical rural architecture. The house is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, which stands out from the Arno valley and descends with wide natural terraces full of olive trees, until the road of the “Setteponti”, connecting the cities of Arezzo and Florence. The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is about 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot with an enchanting walk through vineyards and olive grow.
Maximum relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (mt. 10x4,5, depth mt. 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September ) with solarium equipped with deckchairs, tables and sun umbrellas and in the gazebo overlooking the valley below. Where to spend relaxing days to read, eat outside or just to enjoy the landscape that is lost at a glance. Families will not fail to appreciate the children's play area and the tennis table; the little house with barbecue, wood oven and sink is ideal if you enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.
The owners Albina and Danilo, very attentive to the environment, have equipped the villa with photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity.

Galleria di Brolio is an old stone farmhouse whose origins date back to 1800, located between two of the most important towns of the Valdichiana, Castiglion Fiorentino and Foiano, and which is now part of the owners' farm. You will find the farmhouse just a few kilometres from the two towns and in both, as well as various monuments and sites of artistic interest that are definitely worth a visit, you will have shops, restaurants and all kinds of services. The small historic centres of the villages will be a pleasant destination for your aperitifs or dinners at the restaurant.
The farmhouse takes its name from the Galleria di Brolio, a conduit that is still in operation today and is located on the edge of the olive grove. The conduit is part of the canal built between 1932 and 1940 to improve the flow of water towards the Arno, planned by the engineer Vittorio Fossombroni for the reclamation of the valley at the end of the 18th century.
Galleria di Brolio is situated on the edge of a wood of about 20 hectares of oaks and pines used as a hunting reserve for the repopulation of animals; they live here in the utmost freedom and if you love wildlife you will frequently see hares and pheasants running in the olive grove, the vineyard and even in the house lawn.
On the ground floor there is the apartment where the owners live, as well as a cellar and a shed for the farm's agricultural tools, while the first floor is reserved for you. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable, enriched with local antiques, and blend in perfectly with the old features of the house. Not far away, on the other side of the wood, passes the railway line that connects central Italy with the main cities of the peninsula (Florence, Bologna, Rome, Milan), so it will be easy to move around even without a car.
A few metres from the house, surrounded by silver olive trees, you will find a beautiful swimming pool completely fenced and for your exclusive use (size 11x5 m, depth 1.10-1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), together with a gazebo equipped with garden furniture, which will allow you to shelter from the hot summer sun.
There is also a large pergola supplied with wrought iron furniture for eating outside, equipped with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, for those evenings when you want to enjoy a pizza or a grill “al fresco”.
The owner, on request, will prepare excellent typical Tuscan dinners and pizzas in the wood-fired oven which, we are told by customers who have stayed at the house, are truly delicious.
