Het historische huis "di Emilio" ligt in het hart van Canneto, in de gemeente Monteverdi Marittimo in Toscane, en biedt een uitzonderlijk vakantieverblijf in een van de meest authentieke en rustige gebieden van de regio. Het pand is in 2024 volledig gerenoveerd en strekt zich uit over 3 verdiepingen, met een voorkeurslocatie in het centrum van het dorp binnen een rustige voetgangerszone. Ondanks de centrale ligging blijft het huis opmerkelijk stil, wat gasten volledig in de tijdloze sfeer van het omringende dorp onderdompelt. Als onderdeel van de In Village-gemeenschap hebben gasten het levendige dorpsleven op enkele stappen afstand, terwijl betrouwbare internetverbinding hen verbonden houdt.
