La Nula is a characteristic stone farmhouse located in an elevated position above the Val di Cecina, with a view that extends to Lake Santa Luce and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Designed to accommodate up to four people, the house includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and a kitchen, combining original elements such as terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings with comfortable rustic-style furnishings. Outside, the villa is surrounded by greenery and surrounded by a flat terrace with a heated pool located in front of the house. A shaded terrace, with porch, seating area, sun loungers and dining area is arranged so that you can fully enjoy the view. The villa is on two floors. Park:
The land of the villa covers about 2000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub, with olive trees, strawberry trees and cypress trees. A flat terrace around the villa area creates a pleasant outdoor environment for relaxation surrounded by nature. In front of the villa, a shaded terrace includes a porch with sofas and dining table overlooking the pool and surrounding hills. A gravel driveway leads to the parking area with space for up to six cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located about 3 m from the villa in a panoramic position with a view of the surrounding hills; it has an infinity side and measures 7 x 3 m, with a depth of 1.20 m to 1.70 m; it can be heated on request (it takes 2-3 days to reach a temperature of 26-28°C); it is purified with salt and is equipped with internal lighting that turns on automatically at dusk or can be activated manually; the surrounding sunbathing area is paved in stone and is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella and outdoor shower with cold water; the pool It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The house set in a green clearing is easily accessed from the parking area within the property in correspondence with the open-plan area consisting of dining area, kitchen and living area with sofa bed and TV corner. From here you will be welcomed by a triumphant garden of colours: beds of flowers, bushes of Mediterranean herbs, dwarf junipers and green magnolias. Completing it all is a beautiful lawn in which lies the lovely circular swimming pool, complete with furnishings and a pergola with comfortable little sofas where you can sip a good glass of wine or read a book immersed in total silence. On the north side of the house is the shaded outdoor dining area, next to the kitchen and set up for unforgettable meals with Tuscan delicacies prepared on the built-in barbecue.

Swimming Pool:
Located on the back of the property a few meters from the house, it can be reached through a stone paved path. It is circular in shape with a diameter of 3.90 meters with a depth of 1.30 meters with an external staircase for entry into the water, finished with a raised edge in stone and covered in Sardinia blue PVC, in support of the pool you will find a stone paved solarium with comfortable sunbeds, deck chairs shaded by umbrellas and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of the property gives the guest a unique privacy and relaxation. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Country House Lo Spigo is a traditional Tuscan country house, located 405 m above sea level, converted from an authentic 19th century barn. It was acquired and completely renovated by the current owner who, while respecting the structure with its original window ventilation grilles and wooden ceiling beams, has modified it, transforming it into a welcoming country house with beautiful oak floors, air conditioning, comfortable bedrooms and well-equipped living areas. Embellishing the house is the beautiful surrounding garden, where the unmistakable Chianti hills, dotted with old borghi and expanses of vines, frame the wonderful patio which, in front of the house, contains the fully-equipped pergola and the swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and olive trees and mellowed by the scent of lavender bushes. Located just outside the medieval borghi of Barberino Tavarnelle and San Donato in Poggio, the property enjoys a strategic position: by taking the scenic Chiantigiana road, a true panoramic link that connects Siena (about 40 km) to Florence (about 30 km), you can make daily excursions to visit the renowned towns of Radda, Gaiole, Greve and Panzano, rich in art treasures, churches and Renaissance villas perched on panoramic hills, or go a little further to discover the charm of San Gimignano, Volterra or Montalcino.
Interior:
Country House Lo Spigo lies on sloping terrain that allows outside access from the two floors of which it is composed. On the ground floor is the main entrance that leads into the living room with kitchen and dining area; from here a few steps lead up to a double bedroom (with joinable beds). Downstairs is the living room with satellite TV, a double bedroom with French windows leading out to the garden and ensuite bathroom with shower, and a bathroom with shower with anteroom used as a small laundry with washing machine.
Park:
The house is surrounded by about 1200 sq m of terrain mainly planted with olive trees. The usable garden area extends over two levels for an area of about 700 sq m of lawn, lavender and rosemary bushes, lemon and fruit trees. In front of the entrance to the house, across a paved patio, you come to the beautiful jasmine-covered pergola furnished with a seating area, dining table and barbecue and with, on the side, the solarium and swimming pool. A flight of steps from the patio leads down to the lower lawn area. In front of the house is a parking area. The property is accessed through a remote-controlled gate shared with another property located about 150 m further on. Although not fenced, the house lies within a quiet secluded area thanks to the trees that surround it.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, set in the green panoramic part of the garden at the side of the house, is located on the same level as it, a few metres away. Measuring 6 x 3.25 m with a constant depth of 1.60 m, it is lined in walnut-coloured travertine and has salt purification, steps for access to the water on one of the short sides and an internal spotlight. Sunbeds, low tables, an umbrella and a portable, cold-water shower are set out on the beautiful paving that surrounds the pool equipped with an isothermal bubble cover (to preserve the water temperature in the cooler months). The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
If waste disposal will not be carried out according to the rules provided at check-in, an extra of € 100,00 will be required at check-out.

La Capannina is an attractive little house built entirely of stone and situated below the town of Cortona, an internationally famous Etruscan jewel standing on a hill overlooking the Val di Chiana in the province of Arezzo, a lush and fertile land extending to Siena and the neighbouring region of Umbria, dotted with olive groves and vineyards and known for its culinary excellence. Once an outbuilding of the nearby farmhouse in use as a barn and stable for animals, it has been reborn in the sign of a meticulous total renovation, with cosy and intimate interiors: a spacious and functional living area facing the veranda and a lovely bedroom with Provencal décor -inspired and seductive hydro-massage bathtub in view (with chromo therapy and aroma therapy) to ensure moments of pure relaxation. Located in a residential area in a beautiful panoramic position overlooking Cortona, its excellent geographical position permits short trips to interesting nearby places in Tuscany and Umbria. Art cities like Siena, Florence and Perugia are within easy reach thanks to an efficient road and rail system. The house has two floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the living area with lounge, dining area and full equipped kitchen forming a single open space, connected by a French window to the veranda with the outdoor dining and seating area. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and laundry area, a double bedroom with king size bed and amazing hydro-massage bathtub in view (equipped with aroma and chromo therapy), served by a bathroom with hydro-massage shower with chromo therapy and radio. The French door in the bedroom opens to a small outdoor sitting area with two chairs and a table. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor composed of a double bedroom with en suite toilet.
Park:
The property covers about 7500 square meters (part of what set up as orchard and vegetable garden at the back of the house). The park surrounding the house is completely fenced in for about 2500 square meters. Just past the entrance gate is a shady pine wood; tall trees of the typical Tuscan vegetation such as cypress, mulberry and olive trees fill the garden which is embellished with a rich assortment of herbs and colourful, fragrant flowers. The pool is situated in the inner part of the garden and is fenced in on two sides by a chain-link fence and laurel hedge. Situated two metres from the house and veranda, it is on a higher level and is reached by stone steps. The pool measures 7 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; it is lined with mosaic tiles and has a ladder for access to the water. The purification plant is chlorine and the pool is illuminated both inside and outside. The 150 metre square solarium area has sandstone paving around the pool while the rest is planted with lawn. Equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrella and a gazebo in iron with seating area, it is the perfect place for relaxing on sunny days:in the background is the beautiful view of the town of Cortona. The pool is equipped with a solar outdoor shower and is open from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday in October.

La Casa nel Borgo is located in the ancient hamlet of Cantalena Alta and is now part of an almost completely restored rural complex consisting of 6 small houses, where efforts have been made to keep alive the ancient traditions and times gone by, using stone in the restoration along with original reclaimed materials.
A road that climbs through green woods and breathtaking views will lead you to La Casa nel Borgo. The first time it may seem a little challenging, but as soon as you arrive at your destination you will be rewarded with absolute peace, stunning views, unspoilt spaces and unforgettable sunsets. The place is your paradise if you are a nature lover, surrounded by cool green forests and inhabited by local wildlife. It is not difficult, on summer evenings, to come across friendly hares, porcupines, roe deer or fallow deer.
The small hamlet has a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (10x5 mt, depth 1.20-1.60 mt - open from 17 May to 27 September) completely fenced and with a Roman steps, which is about 100 metres from your house and in common use with the other guests. In the solarium you will have your own private area with 4 sun beds and a sun umbrella, where you can spend your lazy days by the pool. The house also has a private, shaded area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals in the peace of the cobbled alley.
The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts, furnished in rustic style, reminiscent of the rural homes of our grandparents, the beamed ceilings (the size of some of the doors are quite small), the terracotta floors, the old marble sink... we can assure you that spending your holiday here will be a real plunge into the past!
The little house, in our opinion, is ideal for couples, even with children; if you wish to get away from it all, it will become your favourite place, you will only be disturbed by birdsong, and in the morning you will wake up to a wonderful view to greet you. At Casa nel Borgo quiet, tranquillity and the slow, lazy flow of the days will be the watchwords of your holiday. The nearest shops are in Castiglion Fiorentino, about 15 km away. And about 9 km away, in the lttle village of Santa Cristina, you will find a small grocery shop and a Tuscan restaurant. Castiglion Fiorentino is a town that, in addition to having all the necessary services, will invite you to spend pleasant evenings, in a typical restaurant, in a bar for an aperitif, or simply strolling through the alleys and small lovely squares. Casale La Pieve is a wonderful Farmhouse on the hills of the Versilia area in Tuscany, just above Viareggio and Torre del Lago, and from here you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing sea view over the whole coast.
This holiday farmhouse is composed of 3 independent holiday apartments for rent where each one has its own private outdoor area, such as a terrace or a garden (or both).
The property features a shared pool:
- Open from May till October, from 9AM till 7PM.
- 8,5 m length, 4.5m wide, 1,3m deep.
- Depuration: Chlorine.
The property also features a common outdoor area where everyone can enjoy a specific area without meeting each other:
- small garden at the entrance;
- large garden for children (or adults) with games such as swing, table tennis and slide;
- a lookout with seats where it is possible to enjoy the views over the Massaciuccoli Lake and the Sea.
All the holiday apartments have a WiFi connection, Satellite Television, all have Air Conditioning and all have sea views.
If you whish to spend some day at the beaches, then it is very easily to reach in 11Km till Viareggio.
Also the most important cultural cities of Tuscany are at a jump away: Pisa and Lucca, only 20 Minutes, or Florence in just 40.
Pieve a Elici and the surrounding area is also perfect for trekking and cultural visits.

Once you arrive at the L'Oliveta holiday home, you won't want to leave.
Its position, the view and such welcoming spaces make it ideal for a vacation in Tuscany.
It is located about 20 minutes from the center of Lucca and 30 minutes from the sea at Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio.
From the main road, you travel about 7 minutes on a hilly road, where arrival with very large and very low cars is not recommended, but with normal utility vehicles you will have no problems.
Once you arrive at your destination, you will be momentarily surprised by the stunning view of the valley and the city of Lucca that presents itself before you.
Here you will be in the small private garden in front of the house, very welcoming with its rosemary hedges - where you can relax without being disturbed by anyone.
The garden continues in various directions and is laid out in terraces with many olive trees. The car will be parked on the property.
In front of the house you will find a covered area, where you can eat outdoors while admiring the panorama that presents itself before you.
The house is rustic, built in stone with wooden beams and will let you experience authentic Tuscany.
The size is right for a family of 4 people:
- Ground floor: living room and kitchen, with a wood stove and a small toilet with shower.
- First floor: two double bedrooms with windows overlooking the valley and Lucca panorama and a complete bathroom with shower.

Angelina (semidetached) is a tasteful holiday home which disposes of a completely fenced garden. The house lies only 1 km from the sea. Restaurants and groceries can be reached easily on foot.
Angelina is located in an residential area of Lido di Camaiore. The guests of Angelina will be able to walk to the main shops, cafes, restaurants, the pinewood and the tennis court (1.7 km).
Viareggio is one of the oldest and most famous seaside resort in Italy. Following the stay of Napoleone’s sister Paolina in 1822, the first beach resorts were born, and now Viareggio has become a modern holiday resort full of shops and boutiques, bars and tourist attraction, with over hundred beach resorts more and more elegant and equipped.
The long sandy beach of Lido di Camaiore with its flat seabed, suitable for children, make it an ideal destination for families, but even for all kind of vacationers which will find here a lot of amusement and relax opportunities.
There is also a free beach close to the canal.
The house can be rented in 2 different versions:
- max number of persons version: 8 persons, i.e. the whole house with total 4 bedrooms is at the guests' disposal.
- max number of persons version: 4 persons, i.e. there are 2 bedrooms at the guests' disposal
The rental price changes due to the number of persons, i.e. two weekly rental prices exist: for max 8 persons and for max 4 persons.
Tips for your holiday:
A stroll by bike in the big pinewood of Ponente, where you will find a lot of children’s play area and refreshment stands, golf court in Pietrasanta, a cocktail at the table of a café along the promenade and after dinner in one of the many night clubs situated in Viareggio as well as in Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi which are only some of the entertainment possibilities during your stay.
From Viareggio railway station you will get the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre and walk the wonderful “cammino dell’amore”(way of love).
The Parco Nazionale delle Alpi Apuane and art towns as Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa and Florence can be reached by car and then be walked. Angelina

Casa Daniela is located inside the Owner's garden, which House is nearby.
The guests of holiday home Daniela have a covered parking space and a small green area where they can relax.
The entrance gate is in common.
In the garden is a nice view of the Apuan Alps while relaxing in the beautiful covered Veranda and cooking on the barbecue.
Casa Daniela is a great starting point for a beach holiday but also for visiting the beauties of the area, as the town of Pietrasanta, Camaiore, or for the Carnival of Viareggio. Even the Cinque Terre and the marble quarries of Carrara are not far away and worth a visit.
