The highlight of the holiday apartment "Al mare" is that it's really just 200 meters from the sea, exit the front door, walk for 2 minutes and you're at the beach dunes of Forte dei Marmi, completely free.

You do not even use the car to move.

Beschrijving Interieur

The apartment is small, it is a Studio, but despite this, it is equipped with everything you need.

It was renovated in 2014.

Entering through the front door immediately on the right is a room (separated by a curtain) with a bunk bed for two people. The small, but functional kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven and stove cooking is on the left.

A very nice bathroom with modern shower.

Living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table for 4 persons and door to the balcony. On the balcony there is a small table for two.
From here you can see a small corner of the sea and the pine forest in front.

The house has air-conditioning and heating.
