Casa Castelvecchio

Beschrijving

We are located on the hills of Tuscany. At 12 km from Pescia. In the village called Castelvecchio which lies at the tip of one of these hills. From here you can admire the beautiful surrounding landscape of green nature.
At Castelvecchio lives approximately 120 people, so life here, is very quiet and relaxed. Ideal for a holiday far from the stress of the city.

The House in question is located on one side of this town. It is 200 meter of walf away from the parking lot of Castelvecchio.

The entrance is very typical and classic with a bow and the green wooden gate.
The House is rustic and cosy.
On the outside there is a small Court of 30 sqm with panoramic view and barbecue. Here one can sit and relax.

During the summer months at Castelvecchio, and also in other Villages as Sorana, San Quirico, etc., are offered many events such as fairs and festivals of typical products and traditions.
The area is also ideal for Trekking and Mountain Bike and Motocross.

Beschrijving Interieur

Ground floor: kitchen with dishwasher, oven, gas hobs, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. Living room with working fireplace, dining table, TV, sofa bed, a small niche with a table for 2 people.
Bathroom/WC and washing maschine.

First floor: 2 double bedrooms (one with TV) with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with bathtub. From every window on the first floor there is a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
