Local typical, restored small little holiday house in the sunny hills (170 m.) of the northern Toscana.
The calm situation and the wonderful environment do not only load to relaxing trips into nature in, it load also to the simple stay, rest and read in in the calm lawn free area (with paved surface), equipped with chairs, table, beach chairs, hanging swing and shower.

Grill for common use with the owner, who lives next door in the house.
The fruit in the garden may be eaten free of charge, owners honey can be bought.

Ground floor: Entrance/living room with double sleep couch and color TV, bath with shower.

Very good furnishing.
