A holiday farm for a different holiday experience in untouched nature and relaxation. The Palazzo is an enchanting late 19th century country building recently fully renovated and restored, returning to its ancient splendour through accurate work. All six apartments (that may sleep from 2 to 8 people) are furnished with antique pieces perfectly matching the exposed wood-beam ceilings and the cotto-tiled floors and offer all modern day services: air conditioning, heating, satellite Tv, dishwasher etc.)

The villa is 600 mq and it is composed by six apartments and rent as a whole unit. The cellar has been turned into a charming small restaurant where the guests can enjoy breakfast with genuine products like home-made marmelades, croissant, home-baked breads and desserts and in the evening, on request, you can have an excellent dinner with the best traditional local and tuscan dishes.

At guests' disposal:
Each apartment has Internet connection, airconditioning and fully equipped kichen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and dining room.
Moreover there is a common space with satellite tv and fully equipped kitchen suitable for dinners and where guests can meet all together.
Laundry with washing machine, ironboard and iron are available in a common area.
Private swimming pool, (6x12 metres open from May to September), with ombrellas and sunbeds. There are also 3 nice gazebo where you can enjoy your meals outside.

it is on the first/second floor composed by 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom, separeted by a large and big and bright living room with an equipped kitchen, satellite Tv and sofa.

FIORDALISO:
It is located on the first/second floor composed by 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom with bathtub, separeted by a large and big and bright living room with an equipped kitchen, satellite Tv and sofa.

MIMOSA:
The apartment is located on the second floor consisting of a large lounge, living/dining room with kitchen, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Attic with 1 double bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
