Il Cerreto is an apartment located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse, furnished in a simple and essential way, featuring the original architectural style of the Tuscan countryside . The family who takes care of our clients' welcoming lives in a part of the house. Il Cerreto is located at the end of a panoramic and unmade road (about 1,5 km) quite steep in parts, but is nonetheless practicable with any type of car. In the panoramic green space in front of the house there is a lovely pergola with table, chairs and barbecue and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (size m. 4x9 , depth m. 1.40, completely fenced ) . The house is equipped with TV, DVD and CD player . At about 6 km away from the town of Monte San Savino , one of the most renowned of the Chiana Valley, with shops, restaurants and services of all kinds , that during the course of the year offers countless cultural and folklore .
