Ancient farmhouse on the Umbrian hills, between olives, cultivated fields and woods. Ancient country farmhouse with typical red bricks recently restored, placed in a panoramic position on the green hills of Umbria, on the border with Tuscany. The property is inside an agricultural farm of about 100 hectares which comprises cereals fields, olive groves and green woods where beautiful thoroughbreds horses are bred. You can admire them free at pasture on the lands next to the house.

Castiglione del Lago and Trasimeno Lake. Approx. 12 km far you will find Castiglione del Lago. The well-equipped tourist village situated on Trasimeno Lake offers folk and cultural events internationally known. Moreover, in maximum 50 km drive you can reach the main spa resorts of Tuscany, such as Bagni San Filippo, Terme di San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni, ideal places to regenerate body and mind.

Spacious equipped green space, swimming pool, typical dinners on request. Around the house a large, green space equipped with sun umbrellas, tables and chairs to eat in the open air and where you also find the beautiful swimming pool (size mt 6x12, depth mt 1,20). The common room, next to the main house, with kitchen, barbecue and bathroom with shower, is the place where you could join in and where will be possible to cook and eat all together, or otherwise on request, the owner can prepare typical dinners. Furnishing cured and comfortable with beautiful antiques, fits in perfectly with the farmhouse features. Possibility to organize trekking courses with horses.
