Die Fereinwohnung Allinuzza war sehr schön gelegen, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick weit ins Land. Wir wohnten dort 1 Woche zu dritt (2 Erwachsene und eine 18-jährige Tochter)Am Abend sah man in der Ferne die Lichter von Florenz. Von Allinuzza aus haben wir täglich Ausflüge in die malerische Umgebung der Toskana unternommen. Die Wohnung war stilvoll und mit allem Kompfort eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben nichts vermisst. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wären die Terrassenmöbel. Der Tisch und die 4 Stühle aus Plastik waren äußerst unschön und unbequem, die Liege war auch nicht mehr schön. Schade eigentlich, weil man in lauen Sommernächten so gerne draußen sitzt! Aber ansonsten würden wir das Appartment gerne all unseren Freunden empfehlen. Man kann auf Grund der Größe und der zwei räumlich getrennten Schlafzimmer auch gut mit 4 Personen in Allinuzza wohnen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, sprach aber nur englisch. Es hat alles gut geklappt.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The holiday home Allinuzza was beautifully situated with a beautiful view far into the country. We stayed there 1 week, three of us (2 adults and a 18-year-old daughter). In the evening we saw in the distance the lights of Florence. We have made daily trips to the picturesque surroundings of Tuscany. The apartment was stylishly furnished and equipped with all comfort. We felt very comfortable. The only criticism would be the patio furniture. The table and 4 plastic chairs were extremely uncomfortable and unattractive. Too bad, because we love to sit outside on summer nights! But otherwise, we would like to recommend this apartment to all our friends. Because of the size and the two spatially well separated bedrooms, also 4 people would fit in Allinuzza. The landlord was very nice, but spoke only English. Everything worked out well.
Villa Fabbri was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of room, beatiful furnishings, well provisioned kitchen, bathrooms had good water pressure. The pool and sun deck were used every day. But the views were the best thing of all. So gorgeous and lush--panoramic over the valley.Plus Patrick Spencer provided invaluable guidance and advice for what to see , how to best get around, where and what to eat. With Patrick, we saw local life in Tuscany and met local people which added an authentic dimension to our trip.
It was the trip of a lifetime and it was wonderful

Excelente casa para pasar unos días fantásticos en la Toscana. Está en un punto ideal para visitar Florencia, Pisa, Luca, Siena y otras ciudades fantásticas de la Toscana. El entorno respira aire Toscano total.
Muy recomendable si se viaja con niños o si se quiere respirar tranquilidad. La casa está fantástica y el el jardín y piscina los tienen maravillosamente cuidados.

Highly recommended if you are traveling with children or if you like tranquility. The house is fantastic and the garden and pool are beautifully maintained.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Verdiana! It was hard to leave at the end of the week. Monica and Fabrizio were fabulous landlords, full of great ideas for sightseeing, etc. that it truly made for an outstanding experience. We left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. Everything was well done in the villa with the exception of the mattresses, which could have been better, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the home, the town and the people!
Irene and her brother, Eduardo, were extraordinary hosts. They were gracious,extremely attentive to our comfort, and made our week at Il Doccio memorable. We were there on our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family. We were 20 in all, and they made the occasion joyous beyond our expectations. Our hosts, Il Doccio and the Tuscan countryside will bring us back. The house/villa was rustic, but comfortable. To a person, every one one of the 20 of us want to come back to Il Doccio and see Irene and Eduardo again.
We had problems hiring our rental car so therefore at the airport had to take 2 trains and a taxi to reach the accomodation. I phoned the owners to tell them this. Once we arrived we phoned again and they came 15 minutes later. Upon departure they charged us €20 extra for this. I didn't think it was right given that the situation was out of our control. Also the cleaning bill (€60) on top of the rent and booking fee was ridiculously high. The place had no coverage for phone or Internet, you had to walk out on to the road to try to get reception. I wouldn't recommend the place for these reasons.
Casa Montecuccoli is perfect for a relaxing stay in Florence. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The owner is extremely helpful and generous, but she doesn't hover. It's just a 15 minute train ride into Florence (you will need a car to get to the train station) and the property is right off of the autostrade, convenient if you plan to visit other neighboring towns. We will be back!
