Nice 'rustic' apartment to the side of the palazzo. Great location - within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Florence... Lots to see and do in the local area and easy to find from the A1. The swimming pool is lovely and big, and the grounds are lovely with gorgeous views.
Kitchen facilities are basic but perfectly useable, the living room is nice and big, the two bedrooms comfortable, and there is a third walk-through bedroom/living room which we used as a playroom for the kids.
No TV (shock, horror for the kids) but with such a lovely pool and location, who cares?
Alles in Ordnung und sauber!!! Auch die Bettwäsche sehr sauber und angenehm. Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen und tollem Panoramablick. Auch der Pool war sehr schön. Einzig störend waren manchmal die vorbeifahrenden Motorräder.

La villa es excelente! Super bien ubicada, comoda, espaciosa ymuy linda. La dueña nuy amable y atenta. El area de la piscina hermosa y muy privado y especial el ambiente. Toda la familia disfrutamos mucho

The villa is excellent! Super well located, comfortable, spacious and really cute. The owner is very kind and attentive. The pool area is beautiful and very private, with a special atmosphere. The whole family enjoyed the stay very much.
Avec un enfant de moins de 2 ans, ce type de vacances est tout à fait adapté. Le site est magnifique, et calme. Après 10 minutes de route escarpée dans les montagnes, on est pas loin des grandes villes de Toscane (1 heure de Sienne, Pise; 30 minutes de Florence).
L'accueil est parfait avec des personnes très gentilles. La possibilité de repas tous les deux soirs à la taverne du gîte est très pratique (et c'est délicieux), pour pas avoir à se faire la nourriture tous les soirs.
Un super séjour à recommander.
Abbiamo alloggiato in questo agriturismo nel mese di agosto.Un posto molto bello,pulito,dove regna la pace e la tranquillità.Le camere sono spaziose e arrendete in stile locale, inoltre la piscina era abbastanza grande e soprattutto pulita. Per chi volesse stare in relax e godersi la vacanza , ecco a vuoi l'agriturismo che fa per voi. Consigliato!!!!!!!!

The rooms are spacious and furnished in the local style, also the pool was quite large and very clean. For those wishing to relax and enjoy the holiday, this is the farm for you. Recommended!!!
Belle villa dans une propriété avec de belles piscines. Nous avons pu profité du calme. C'est dans la montagne, un peu éloigné des sites touristiques. Un seul regret les tableaux obscènes au mur.
