This tower was better than advertised. My family and I had a great time here and Luca was a pleasure to meet. I would recommend this tower to anyone who wants to experience the feel of Tuscany and a small quaint town. The best time on our European Vacation.
It is now september and we are still in "Il Giardino State of Mind".
Loved the welcome from Laura "relax" and so we did!
We chose the place because of the views. We were not disappointed ... Loved waking up to the morning view of the olive fields!
We LOVE ... LOVE the place, the view the atmosphere, our dog became friends with Kiko. But most of ALL WE LOVE THE PEOPLE that made sure we had a GREAT TIME!

We are still enjoying our pecorino & our golden drops of olive oil.
And yes Gabrio you are the best Italian Chef ... You are the boss of GREAT FOOD!
We totally recomend this place to anyone ready to enjoy a bit of paradise on earth!

A beautiful house and a beautiful site. With a car you can reach most of sentral Toscana within one hour. A place where you really can relax. The house was very clean, well equipped and the service is excellent. Mauro, the host, is cleaning the pool and watering the flowers almost every day. You simply cant miss this!!!!
We have enjoyed our stay in Annarite very much. We've named her the best
landlord/hostess ever. She knew very quickly who her guests were, when we
past her house. It's a comfortable house with a bathroom for each family.
Totally perfect. It's a pity that for some many people there is no
dishwasher and just one fridge. There is enough of glasses and cutlery. *
*It might be useful to add the hight of the location, as it was pretty
chilly in the evening, which wasn't expected by everybody.
We had a wonderfull time. Couldn't ask for better service, better surroundings, better pool and location to the pool, village. The area is private and not overrun. We can highly recommend the dinner at Mari's. We didn't take breakfast except once and that too can only be highly recommended. Mari and her staff did their outmost to accommodate any wish we had. We clearly had (for us) the best house, as we were close to the pool but at the end of the row of houses. So privacy, view to the surrounding areas and a large area for our 1 yr old to run around at (around the house there is a perfect terrace that a 1 yr old can enjoy). Only comment is that there is a large opening/hole under the stairs up the backside, that should be closed or somehow secured as any younger child find this very interesting and a fall would be pretty bad.
We had a great time and the house was beautiful. The view from all the rooms was amazing. The house had a lovely pool area and the location was close enough to do day trips to the outlying cities. The caretaker, although he didn't speak any English, was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend future occupants bring an Italian dictionary. Since we had rented a van we had difficulty navigating the road to the house. It is unpaved and very narrow. Once you get to the villa you are amazed by the beauty. However, we had difficulty finding it, even with a GPS. We would however come back again.
