Villa Albeste is ideally situated in Toscana and the views of San Gimignano from the Villa are absolutely stunning. It is a beautifully well kept Villa with plenty of space for our family of four Adults. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and we have no complaints. We were even left fresh figs and peaches from their farm after the weekly clean of the Villa. The pool is cleaned daily so it is always clean and the furniture, beds etc. in the Villa are very comfortable. It is well equipped for home cooking with a local supermarket close by for the purchase of Toscana produce. We really had a most enjoyable stay at this property.
What a gem. This villa is perfect for those that want a base to visit Tuscany especially if you have a car. The owners Gabriele and Lucia are very warm and welcoming. We had Lucia prepare a evening meal for us which was just superb. The location of the Villa is perfect being just minutes from a fairly large town of Poggibonsi that has all your shopping and transport needs and yet with the villa being nestled on a hill over looking Poggibonsi amongst olive and grape farms it provides a very tranquil setting giving you the feeling you are miles away from everything. There is a railway station in Poggibonsi with rail connections to Florence and Sienna. Buses also run from the town places like beautiful San Gimignano. There is a large PAM Supermarket about 3km from the villa which can cater for all your food and drink requirements. The only minor criticism I would make is that you need to supply items such as dishwashing detergent, kitchen cloth/scourer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc all those things that are usually included. Otherwise the perfect place in a perfect location.
Lovely property in a great location. Delightful and welcoming owners. Great having a pool. Really quiet location, yet not too far from town. We walked to town to eat out most evenings, although the climb up the hill is steep and would be a challenge for anyone with fitness issues. Basically, this property was just what we were looking for.

An excellent property on the edge of town. It was possible to quickly walk into the town in the evening to visit the many local restaurants. The villa is well placed for visits to the local mountains, hill towns and Lucca. The kitchen was well stocked and the private garden had ample seating areas. The owner was very helpful with all the questions we had.
We had a great time in the villa Casa di Peter. Our kids loved the pool and my husband loved the pizza stove. The rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. All was very clean. The welcome wine was great :-)
All in all it we had a wonderfull time.
We've had a real good time at Villa Panzalla. It was very quiet and peaceful, unfortunately the mosquitos deviled us.
