Sehr angenehme gut gelegene Unterkunft. Schön eingerichtet, gepflegter Garten. Ruhige Lage in Fussdistanz zur Stadt.

Our stay in the apartment was great. A lot of room, everything new, very friendly owner, very confortable overall.
The location is also a great hub to access the best Tuscany destinations for wine and food. Most of them is an hour or less by car (I really advise you rent one).
The only downside is the town of Foiano. It has a couple of good restaurants, but the historical center is not a great place to walk.
Overall I really recommend Diamante for tourists looking to stay a week or two visiting wineries and the beautiful small towns of Tuscany.
A lovely, tranquil spot with buckets of charm and great facilities. The villa was rustic-feeling but perfectly-functional and well-equipped (full cooking/ kitchen facilities and gas hob; clothes horse and laundry; outdoor tables etc). Bed was comfortable and linen/ furnishings all clean. Owner-operator was readily available for queries and logistical concerns. Excellent supermarkets (especially Co-op) in Figline Valdarno, and close enough for day trips to Siena, Florence and San Gimignano.
Everything we were looking for - we had a fabulous two bedroom apartment in the villa, since we were the only renters, had the whole property and pool to ourselves. The quiet was just what was needed for this vacation. We had only one issue and the response was immediate, with the rental rep, housekeeper and maintenance man there within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Sabina to a small or large group.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Massi A. the only drawback that we encountered was that our host did not speak any English, we did communicate with her, but it would of been easier if there was an English speaking person around to ask questions too. the Wi-Fi connection was spotty... The views were awesome and we did have awonderful time
The perfect villa in Tuscany...Villasenaia
We just returned from three weeks in Italy and the highlight of our vacation was a week at Villasenaia. If you are wanting to spend time in a villa in Tuscany while you explore the surrounding cities, then you can stop searching because I have found the perfect place for you. It is Villasenaia located in the quaint village of Castiglione Fiorentino. This 4 bedroom villa is gorgeous, roomy, and has every amenity to make you feel at home. We just returned from a week at Villasenaia during September 2014. The host, Guiseppi, is most personal and accommodating. His charming wife, Laura, treated us to homemade pan dulce one morning!
The villa is set on a hillside overlooking the countryside. At night the entire city of Castiglione Fiorentino lights up in the near distance right in front of you. What a sight while you're sitting by the pool sipping local homemade wine. Local restaurants serve delicious and reasonably priced dinners. Stock your kitchen for cooking at home or enjoy a panini and gelato in town. Guiseppi can even arrange a cooking lesson at the Villa to give you the experience of making your own fresh pasta.
You can easily take car day trips to Siena, Montelpuciano, Arrezo. You can catch a one hour train into Florence if you would rather not drive. All in all, this is a splendid place to rest under the Tuscan sun.
This is a wonderful house with a wonderful view. A great place to relax in but also a great base for visiting the surrounding region. The descriptions and photos on the website accurately describe the property.
