Villa Lamone is a charming old house located close to sympathic small village of Ambra. (20 min walk or 4 min drive). All the rooms are functional and have a lot of character. You surely need a car which gives you the choice to visit the most famous places in Toscana.
Lamone has really nice outside garden with a reasonable size pool.
The house however might need some updating/refressing to be perfect. But with the right attitude it gives you a real country side Toscana experience.
And the owner Mrs Lea was allways ready to help and full of energy.
Ein sehr schönes Haus, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien weist Lücken auf.
Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und schön mit großem Pool. Man muss sich aber im Klaren sein, dass man sehr weit weg von jedem belebten Ort ist. zum Einkaufen muss man schon ziemlich weit fahren.

The property is very well maintained and beautiful with a large pool. But you have to be aware that you are very far away from any busy place. You have to drive quite a long way to go shopping.
Six of us stayed in this wonderful Villa in the Heart of Forte Dei Marmi. The value was great!
Elizabeth who took care of us was attentive to all. Parking is right on the property which is an extra perk for this property. We all highly recommend you stay at this villa.
If they had an oven it would of made the experience better. They do have a microwave and stove .
The House gives a authentic feel for the region, it's quiet and you can see over the valley. It's the perfect getaway from all the hustle and bussle.
The pool is fabulous, good size and refreshing.
The owners made us feel at home and are just lovely.
It was the second time we stayed there and I hope we will come back soon .
If you visit the region do yourself a favour and stay there.
Eine Unterkunft inmitten eines tollen Gartens, mit einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung selbst ist authentisch pragmatisch, aber völlig ausreichend wenn man plant, seine Zeit Draußen zu verbringen. Der Garten ist top gepflegt mit Pool, Hängematten, Boulebahn und Tischtennisplatte.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] An accommodation in the middle of a great garden, with a very nice and helpful hostess. The flat itself is authentically pragmatic, but perfectly adequate if you plan to spend your time outside. The garden is well maintained with a pool, hammocks, boules court and table tennis table.
La maison Casino Di Lecceto est spacieuse, très bien située dans un endroit particulièrement calme et proche de la ville de Sienne. L'équipement à disposition est tout à fait satisfaisant.
Piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir lorsqu'il fait chaud.
Toutefois deux limites sont à déplorer : d'une part, le chemin pour accéder à la maison mériterait de bénéficier d'un terrassement pour faciliter l'accès. Si l'on ne dispose pas d'un véhicule 4 x 4 il est peu praticable. D'autant plus que des averses parfois fortes contribuent à le raviner.
D'autre part, ce serait un plus de pouvoir disposer de l'eau potable.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The Casino Di Lecceto house is spacious, very well located in a particularly quiet place and close to the city of Siena. The equipment available is quite satisfactory.
Nice swimming pool to cool off when it's hot.
However, two limitations are to be deplored: on the one hand, the path to access the house would benefit from earthworks to facilitate access. If you don't have a 4x4 vehicle, it is not very passable. Especially since sometimes heavy showers contribute to ravaging it.
On the other hand, it would be a plus to have drinking water.
Wir wussten das es ein altes Haus ist und es entspricht der Beschreibung. Ein paar Dinge kann man bestimmt verbessern, insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche. Hier könnten ein paar Sachen ergänzt und ersetzt werden.
