Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement met een heerlijke tuin rondom het huis. Beide slaapkamers een eigen badkamer, heel prettig. Het huis ligt centraal t.o.v. Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Montepulciano enz. Kortom. het was een heerlijk verblijf. Een aanrader !!

Beautifully restored and well-maintained villa in the heart of Toscana. Dreamy views, lots of outdoor spaces for enjoying the awesome grounds. Good location, just a 5 min drive to cute Monterchi, a little village, that has a well-stocked supermercato. Mr Rosadi was warm and welcoming, sharing many useful tips and suggestions for day trips and restaurants. He even brought us truffles his English Setters found in the woods and a delicious coffee cake his mother baked!
Our family of 8 could not have asked for a more perfect venue than VILLA
EDEN for our vacation. The views are stunning and the villa is
beautifully and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and
well-lighted bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom is actually like a
small apartment with a sitting area, small kitchenette, and bathroom.
The villa is very clean and well maintained and Danielle has a maid
service come in mid-week to tidy up. Tenuta Lonciano is a peaceful place
to retreat after a day of touring Florence and surrounding areas.
Daniele and Massimo have thought of everything to make guests stay
memorable. For example, you can request daily breakfast service that is
absolutely fantastic! Massimo puts on a breakfast feast with a smile.
Massimo is delightful to greet every morning! Additionally, Daniele
greeted us at the airport and directed us to the villa and then sat down
with us to answer any questions. Importantly, Daniele and Massimo also
offer a grocery service so our villa was stocked upon arrival! Daniele
also went beyond expectations when he decorated the dining room for my
husband's 60th birthday and purchased a delicious cake. Daniele also
arranged for a chef service to prepare dinner one evening. This was the
best meal we had our entire stay in Florence and we went to many great
restaurants. The 2 female chefs were lovely and the food absolutely
delicious and abundant!
We cannot say enough to express our gratitude to Daniele and Massimo for
all they did to make our Florentine holiday special.
Great location with wonderful views from the property, Sienna, Florence, Volterra etc. all within easy reach, plus San Gimignano late afternoon/evening when all the day-trippers have departed
The house was beautiful and beyond my expectations. Location is fantastic, very quite but close enough for good food or to buy supplies. Cecilia the caretaker of the house was fantastic, very attentive and professional and answered any questions we had and gave us fantastic tips for things to do, etc.
I am looking forward to come back, hopefully for a longer period of time.
Herrliche Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber. Ein Schlafzimmer sehr klein, kein Schrank. Für Familien geeignet. Für einzelne Personen etwas wenig Stauraum.
